Anyone played here? I think this is part of the Sky group (onland based, used to have Sky Breezes, Sky Catalonia, was RTG).

Looks like pretty nice signup deal- 100% up to $100, 12x D+B, Blackjack allowed, not sticky.

I played at these when were RTG and had no problems getting paid. I probably wont play since i just dont like Playtech, but the signup is really good for nowaday.

Anyone played here yet?

Sky Kings Casino - Playtech?

Downloaded software - Like the El Gordo 2.2 Billion novelty promotion (7-1 chance).

Appears to have good credibitlity with strong connection to land based casinos.

Playtech software very user friendly prefer the games and speed of play to RTG.

Spoke direct to casino host regarding registration query which was resolved very efficiently.

I agree the sign up deal is very good.

Customer support won't answer email

I looked at them when they showed back up. First I called and found out the help number was for Uropa Casino? Something like that. They claim they are not related and they gave me Sky's number. I found out if you played them before they went away and back when they were RTG, then you would not be eligible for the sign up. That's fine.

I then emailed them about their other rules but never received a reply. I don't know if the support email address is wrong like the phone number was or if they are just slow or if they don't know the answers so they are ignoring me.

Maybe a represenative can be dug up and drug over here. It is a shame they are not maximizing their exposure after having a big Christmas promotion and reopening.

Sky Kings Casino - Playtech?

Just called Sky Kings support and got through no problems.

As a previous player i had my old balance honoured and was also given a 100% match bonus on my first new deposit.

Wow thats pretty good. I wonder if they are doing that for all the players?

Hey Sky - are you out there?

These guys don't reply to emails

Sent these guys another email. Got no answer. Strike two.

I wonder about a casino whose support ignores player emails.

My experience with this casino was shortlived as I deposited $140 and received the $100 matching bonus. In my worst ever session. I lost all in 20 minutes. I played 4 hand J or B and blackjack. My bet size was $5 and $10. I had the opportunity to double down on 5 occasions in the blackjack and received 4 deuces and a four. I did of course lose all the double downs.

I emailed support asking for the account to be closed. I briefly told them the RNG did not feel right. I did not directly accuse them of cheating but did imply I felt the games were not random. I was emailed back within an hour with the standard line about the testing of the RNG and their sadness at closing the account so quickly.

I have played at many Playtech casinos and I know them to be rather streaky. But in this case I was getting so frustrated I was glad to zero out and close the account. Sometimes with these online casinos its hard to tell the difference between bad luck and RNG manipulation.

This is not a slam against Sky King, I only played there once but it is my experience.

Darnella, I don't think you're being paranoid. The blackjack at Playtech has the worst reputation of any around. Terrible runs of results are very common and your chances of winning a double down during them are more or less zero. I don't know if their 'RNG' takes into account big winners or losers at the moment you're playing, or is just set to be extremely streaky, but they're the one major software provider at which I wouldn't play BJ.

Extra evidence for this is the fact that some Playtech casinos allow BJ for bonus wagering but ban other games which should have a much higher variance and house edge (e.g. video poker). Some of these other games appear fair, in my experience (see the Winner Screenshots, though it might well not be what you want to look at just now!).

I deposited 100$, so was left with $200 to play around. Played mainly BJ Switch and a little of MegaJacks. Play at MegaJacks was at best even. Cashed out $250 and have still $100 left. My only experience at Playtech so far.

I hope they win the El Gordo lottery!

I asked them to post their El Gordo ticket number on their website for everyone to see yesterday and they did so today. Their number is 26437, I hope they win!

As it's the season of goodwill to all casinos I may as well report that they were very polite and professional in all their e-mails and paid out a royal flush win I had here to Neteller in around a week

well this isn't a complaint just yet but i would like to report something odd with skyking casino, i'm emailing their support as we speak...

first of all, they sent me a promotion email stating that my first 4 deposits will each earn a promotion match bonus. i thought great! i'll redeposit, i did so. no second deposit bonus...

hmmm... okay, no problem. emailed support, they got back to me 12 hours later! gave me the bonus. i busted out, deposited for the third time, still no 3rd deposit bonus. okay... no problem, i email support again. another 10-12 hours later, they get back to me and award me the bonus. i again bust out, deposit for the 4th time... guess what, no 4th deposit bonus either

okay, emailed support for the last time, same story... 8-10 hours down the road they award me the bonus. this time i played and get lucky and made some money. i am 100% positive i have fulfilled their wage requirement.

i go to cashout, the cashout pop up message literally says the following!!: "BKA BLA BLA"

then it tells me i cannot cashout

so i decided to call support, u.s number, 12 rings and no one picks up.....

i'm emailing them as we speak, but please be aware that they do seem to have some bugs still in their system... :(

i got that message too, what it means to say is try to make a withdrawal minus the bonus you have in your account and all will go fine! so if you have 300 and 100 is bonus, wthdraw 200, the other 100 will disappear when you m,ake the withdrawal

wow, good translation :D

anyways, i tried to withdraw without my 150 deposit bonus and still no luck :(

i'm happy to report after finally reaching a support personnel thru the phone, they were able to assist me after a lengthy pause

i have now withdrew my funds and hopefully that will be the last of the technical problems :p

They've also switched over to having a sticky bonus like most other Playtech casinos...

Any chance you or anyone know when this occurred? Just anticipating the cash-out problem I will have in a couple days from my Dec 18th purchase there when the bonus was not sticky.

Although if I don't start soon winning more than 41% of my doubles playing BJ Switch, the answer may become moot :)

there is no way HA for playtech bj switch is as low as they claim

i find better results by betting double on regular blackjack or just play multihand blackjack

It was definitely sticky by Christmas Eve, but I don't know precisely when they switched - they seem ok, though, so hopefully you won't have any trouble.

I just played BJS at SkyKings.

If I had bet $1/hand ($2/round), I would have won $39 in 2195 hands or 1082 rounds for a payback of 101.63%. Low was -12 units, high +44 units. (Popped up 33 units in 72 rounds toward the very end.)

Overall, the same stats are up $19 in 10,476 hands or 5,166 rounds for a 100.15% payback. Low point -114 units, high +78 units.

But overall my record on doubles is 449W/310L/165T for a 48.6% win rate. Certainly alot less than in BJ. In my last Sky Kings session after 775 rounds my doubles were 54W,54L,27T for a mere 40% win rate. Not a single double dollar ahead after 135 doubles.

It gets even worse with splits. I've had 144 splits in the 5166 rounds giving rise to 288 hands in which I am 96W, 146L, 46T. So I'm down 50 units in splits.

I have no idea what the double/split rates should be in theory - I can only guess I would have lost even more had I not split at all. And why doubles aren't even 50% I don't know. Bad luck? Nature of the game?

It's a weird game because you spend 66% of the time either losing or tieing a round. In the Sky Kings session I only won one or more units in 374 of the 1082 rounds (34.6%).

units no total
won/lost rds units
-4 5 0.5% -20
-3 46 4.3% -138
-2 200 18.5% -400
-1 135 12.5% -135
0 322 29.8% 0
1 83 7.7% 83
2 231 21.3% 462
3 53 4.9% 159
4 7 0.6% 28

1082 100% 39

One thing for sure is they are doing a really lousy job of fixing the game.
