Question Skrill vs Neteller?

Hey Guys,
do you use Skrill or Neteller more often? I'm jus twondering.

I am pretty happy with Skrill overall, when you're verified you have pretty high limits and payouts from Skrill to my Bankaccount are always incredibly fast with "acceptable" fee's.

Also there are great services like getting an SMS as soon as a payment arrives etc.

What is your opinion? Which payment provider you guys use and why?

I'm only using Skirill for the past 10 years. Fast and friendly support, good fees, fast deposits and withdrawals. I'm also using Skrill MasterCard and more than happy with Skrill card fees. For all 10 years I didn't have even one small issue with Skrill, so I think this is very good sign for them.
Only one thing I will request from Skrill this year - to make multi currency account to me. As I have account in Euros, but sending and receiving money in British Pounds and US Dollars.

Neteller? D'oh, with this company is something strange. I tried to open an account with them many years ago, but something went wrong, I'm not remember now, so I leave it. And month ago I decided to open an account with them once again, as some casinos not offering Skrill as deposit/withdrawal method. So I sent an email to support asking them, that I opened an account many years ago, do I need to open new one or just verify old one. Got an reply: "To reopen your account please send in a copy of the front and backside of an ID of you". Not big deal for me, as I done this already with many companies, banks and off course Skrill And everything was fine with my verification and my docs. And then I saw in reply from Neteller standard automated message: "We have reviewed your document submission, and we have not been able to accept all of your documents, as detailed below ...". WTF, I said to myself and sent to them reply, that to all companies was fine my docs and they accepted, but Neteller rejected. Now I got reply from Human stated that: "Sir,
You can send us your ID which should have all four corners visible , front and back. Which were missing in the ID you have send us.
Once you send us the correct ID your account will be upgraded.
Regards"

WTF part-2 I said to myself I don't need such kind of service at all, if from the past I have problems with registration and now I have problems with verification. And more over they never write in replies Names and Surnames, positions in company! Even animals have names, but I don't think they working in Netteller

Neteller have the nice card you can w/d funds in cash on at an atm. Skrill are quick and like OP says notify you by SMS of incoming cash. Both pay into back accounts when w/d ing Skrill quicker I believe. Neteller CS is not great. Once I had been using my account for a few weeks, I logged in to find it frozen, depsite being verified. Despite being a 'Cambridge' company, I spent 15 minutes on the phone to some Indian woman who barely spoke English to get it unlocked by answering a plethora of pointless questions about my last transactions.
TBH I wouldn't feel comfortable with w/ding a really big amount (say 14,000) to either, although I'm never likely too.
Reason being, we've all heard the Paypal horror stories of legit eBay traders having their accounts reduced to 'limited access' status for no good reason, and funds frozen for 6 months thus destroying their business (www.paypalsucks.com).
The reason I mention this is that both these have similar T&C's allowing the same sort of behaviour, without any good reason. Although not as frequently as Paypoo, I still wouldn't feel comfortable with a third-party having thousands of my cash even temporarily that it could confiscate at a whim for months. Plus we heard about the Betfair scandal whereby they actually retrieved winnings from a player's Skrill account - if that was a bank debit card or credit card they wouldn't have been able to.
