A casino I noticed today I have two accounts with them, now I lose track the amount of casinos I'm with and rely upon that auto message stating a account already registered. But with this casino seems I opened a second account later last year and made a deposit I might add.

So both accounts I've deposisted on, I think first ever account I made a withdrawal but not sure but this newer account created last year I just hit first withdrawal and now I'm wondering if they will pull fast one on me. I've sent docs to be verified etc.... all the account details are same bar the e-mail, even phone number is same.

Do I have a right to be paid, if not surely they should give back the deposits?

Anyone else had this issue before?

If it was straight deposits at this second account they might pay you. If you used a sign up bonus at both, then no you will probably not get paid.
What we think doesn't really matter. I hope you have talked to them and not just trying to pass their rules in the hope they won't notice.

Check the t&c's but if it's a good reputable casino, you should be OK. I'm sure if you let them know it was an honest mistake they can close the duplicate account and pay you. Unless, of course you won on a welcome bonus you claimed twice or something like that.

I took sign up bonus back when I opened it but this win today was off some free spins I had been e-mailed about, so no sign up bonus but neither a deposit today.

Since they're not accredited I will not be telling them, instead waiting for them to notice. If they don't notice I will obviously take my withdrawal and if they do then query it. Given the time frame since I signed up a 2nd time they should have noticed by now.

No casino allows you to have two accounts so I know T&C wise I'm screwed.

But common sense wise how can the casino allow multiple accounts to be deposited on, if not intentional like my case, then rules should be applied with some sense.

Whatever they do though you'll have to accept it and not accusing them for pulling a fast one on you, or what you called it.
If you get it then tell them that you have discovered an earlier account so you don't risk the same in the future, and also lets hope it wasn't from some bigger platform like EM where they are handling all cashouts for the casinos.
As we all know most of them don't see anything until we cash out and ger verified.

I did this once or twice, same reasons I forgot I had an old account. Bet Victor stopped me during play and the smug CS agent had great joy in telling me I wouldn't have been paid had I won with all the deposits I made, and made no attempt to void them and refund them. Shit, but my fault.

Another closed the old a/c and let me play with the new one, and another vice versa.

But really it should be flagged to prevent you getting as far as depositing if they have a proper system of due diligence, so it's a failing of their part really. Obviously if we're talking EM it's a policy to take deposits they know they'll never pay out on, but other groups I'm less aware it's an issue.

I think you should be paid TBH.

I know that Gaming club/jackpot city (digimedia) used to let you and maybe still does, not sure. I havent played there in ages.

I recall a rep telling me once the first thing a cashier is trained to do is conduct a search to see if there is any multiple accounts/fraud/breaking of terms. Casino's dont just forget to do this. They arent in the business of not noticing and giving away money that may not be warranted. This could actually get an employee terminated. I will say the only way they MAY miss something is if they are swamped and its a small amount. But even then, I highly doubt it.

If you get paid there is a reason for it. Whether its a small amount and they hope you return or its just a bit more laid back like fortune lounge. Ive seen that before.

It's less than 100 so won't bankrupt them. But decent amount to me who deposit 10 to 20 max whenever I have played.

They take 48hr pending, then further 24hr to process.......thats before docs verified. TBH I would never have logged in bar for e-mail about free spins.

Funny you mention BV, las year my GF signed up and accidently deposited with my paypal instead of her own cause I had a account they suspended it with the funds in the account. Got automated e-mail about fraud and she could not get it back open. But after sending ID proof they did open it.

I was suprised given they suppose to be so strict.

Thank you for waiting. I can confirm that your withdrawal has been processed and that the funds were released by the casino earlier today. Please note that once funds are released it can take anywhere from 2-5 business days to reflect in your account.

Quite odd, was told takes 48hrs before processed, and sent my docs to verify which take 24hr also, but apparently been processed even though got no e-mail and less than a day since requested.

But least they paying!

casino was hellocasino btw.

Should have been paid. Simple.

The UKGC are so busy chasing providers to limit autospin and deposit limits (Not a fan of autospin anyway) that they simply have not got the time to track Casino operators ability to automatically detect a second account creation.

Let's be absolutely clear and unbiased here. Every casino and in fact every administration of a "Credible" casino existing on the internet KNOW how to implement these "Security" checks based on Email, Address, Name, DoB, IP Address, saliva etc etc...

Let's say you create a second account at an accredited casino and you don't get flagged......I GUARANTEE you will have the ability to deposit time and time again until you request a withdrawal.

Needles to say it is all deliberate.

My memory failed me today...I seen a NDB at Betway for 50 freespins on Reel Spinner. After the spins were not automatically credited, I went to chat and inquired.

I was told that as a player with a duplicate account I would not be eligible for any bonuses.

What happened 2 hours later?

I received a marketing call from Betway insisting I can take their deposit bonus and everything would be fine, and if I ran into any problems I could just contact them to have my old account closed.

YEA FUCKING RIGHT!

I don't need to tell you that I will obviously not be making a deposit there with the newly created duplicate account.

Regardless of that, there should be a heavy focus from UKGC on operators who do not implement a default duplicate account system.

If the operator deliberately "Fails" to recognize duplicate accounts...then by default the operator "Fails" and payouts should be honored!!!

Get your house in order, then you can put people out...If your house was already untidy, then take a walk of shame.
