Looking for advice and anyone with experience of SG Casino (sgcasino.com, Stellar Ltd, Anjouan licence) resolving disputes. My account is in PLN; EUR amounts below are approximate (EUR 1 = approx. PLN 4.25).
On 31/10/2026 I placed a multiple (bet ID 5595449636, total odds 8.015) with an approx. EUR 1,180 (PLN 5,000) free bet credited by my VIP Manager. Both selections won and the bet shows WON with Total Win approx. EUR 8,250 (PLN 35,075), but it was settled at 0.
While the bet was still open, the VIP Manager credited another approx. EUR 590 (PLN 2,500) free bet, although an hour earlier she had written she would add it only after this bet was played. The system then marked my EUR 1,180 free bet as cancelled, which zeroed the winnings.
The VIP Manager has since confirmed in writing that the bet was won and that placed bets cannot be cancelled. The operator offered to close the case with a new free bet, rising from approx. EUR 1,180 to EUR 3,530, EUR 7,080 and finally EUR 8,250 (PLN 35,075), on standard terms: min. odds 2.0, stake not returned, then 3x wagering (approx. EUR 24,760) within 30 days with a EUR 50 (PLN 225) max stake, i.e. at least 468 bets.
On my account, free bet winnings were always credited to the bonus balance and released after a single bet, with no stake limit (e.g. an approx. EUR 2,350 free bet in 05/2025 and an approx. EUR 710 free bet in 06/2026, withdrawn the same day). These terms appear for the first time now.
The case is with the operator's complaints department and pending at AskGamblers and Casino Guru. Has anyone dealt with SG Casino in a similar situation? Is it reasonable to expect the winnings to be credited as they would have been without the error?
