Someone over a 2+2 did some fantastic detective work and has apparently found the forfeiture notice related to Quicktender wire transfers that were never received in early May. If you have seized, or "uncleared" funds, you should check this out.

Thanks that is cool. Aren't the feds required to post a forfeiture notice somewhere giving the public access so claims may be filed? where did that person have to dig to find the damn thing I wonder.

You can only get cleared money in the US if you have a EURO account

and if they are willing to communicate with you. I haven't had much luck with that.

They send the funds in euros. (They convert the dollars in the account to euros before they send it).

The best way to communicate is probably to log in to their site and use the secure message feature within your account.

On 2+2, people (including me), had been able to withdraw by wires to US banks that could handle SWIFT transfers (the euros were converted back to dollars by an intermediary bank). However, it seems that QT has been requesting that more recent withdrawal requests be made to banks that either aren't in the US, or are truly denominated in euros.
