Concerning Moneybookers, I've just checked myself and I see it in the cashiers in deposit and withdraw. There is a pull down menu for 'international' and 'US' cashier, so maybe that's the difference?

With the bonuses, there is no policy regarding 'one per group'. So you could get the 400% with Rushmore, and then go to Cherry Red right after and get the 400% there.

I haven't opened accounts yet, I am waiting for Neteller to be up & running.

Are there any plans to offer currencies other than the US Dollar? (I know RTG is not all that good at supporting multiple wagering currencies in one casino product).
Although a few RTG casinos offer versions in Euro and UK Pound, as well as the US Dollar; they are separate casinos, and this creates problems with the Random Jackpots, as the accumulation is split between pots for each currency, rather than contributing to a common pool as with other software progressives. The High RJ model of Rushmore, at least, would find problems with this, the RJ's would grow more slowly, split between different currencies.

It is about time RTG managed to upgrade to multiple currency support in a single casino, the other majors have managed it, such as MGS and Playtech. I prefer pounds, but will settle for Dollars (even the Euro) if there is no choice, nor prospect of one in the near future. The problem, of course, is the extra cost of currency exchange, and this is both ways, and is between 2% and 5%, depending on method used. Cards are nearer 5%, Neteller (with VIP rebate), is under 2% (just:D). This is EACH WAY, 2-5% on the deposit, and another 2-5% on any resultant withdrawal.

You should ask Louise about this retlaw and see what she says...maybe you are right though and I was just lucky, I'm not exactly sure what their policy is on the time frame to allow one to reverse their withdrawal...I would like to think that it was only as short as my time period that I mentioned but I have not seen anything in B & W regarding this !!

RUSHMORE WITHDRAWAL TO QUICKTENDER HOW LONG

Anyone have any idea how long Rushmore normally takes to pay you via Quicktender once you make a withdrawal?

They are obviously not as fast as InetBet(fastest) or Club World(2nd fastest)

please let me know so I know when to start complaining

We do say that it can take a maximum of 48 hours to approve faxbacks. However, this only happens in extreme cases and not often.

Ideally, withdrawals are in the players UseMyWallet account within 24 hours from the withdrawal request, however, again, we say 48 hours maximum, to cover for weekends, etc.

Our plan is of course to expand our team further, now we have the new casino especially, and so that we can offer the fastest service available. ;)

At the very most, however, this doesn't happen often, 48 hours yes.

Pending withdrawals, as long as we have the faxback and documents back, are approved within 24 hours.

It is understandable if there are slightly different time frames for faxback forms to be approved. However, it's a different story for reversal of withdrawals. Shouldnt the time frame be fixed ie you cannot reverse it after 24 hours of submitting your withdrawal. Why should it be different for some unless the casino wants people to reverse them.

This might be down to RTG, allowing PENDING to mean "reversible".

retlaw was given APPROVAL for his faxback form, yet the withdrawal STILL sat in pending/reversable for 48 hours. This contradicts the view that it is the faxback approval that may hold up a withdrawal, in this case it was something else that stalled processing between approval of the faxback forms, and release of the withdrawal for processing. A fine distinction perhaps, but all important nevertheless, since it involves the often thorny issue of players getting paid.

One possible reason I can think of is that NO PROCESSING is done at weekends, but that documant approvals DO take place at weekends. If this is the case, then retlaw should now find the withdrawal gone from pending, and may already have it. It seems he withdrew and got approval on Friday, and the 48 hours covers the weekend after document approval. This is not unusual in the industry, but players should be told what days processing is done on, and those which it is not. MANY reputable casinos only process withdrawals during the working week, and it is common to wait over the weekend for a withdrawal that might normally take under 24 hours to appear.

So, I have some answers to your comments/questions.

1. We are actually in the process of getting our casinos translated into other languages, this may take a little time to be implemented, but it's moving forward nicely.

2. We will also be offering our casinos in multiple currencies, again this is something we are working on, so will take some time to implement.

I don't have specific time frames on this so apologize, but as we are closer to the release dates of these things I can update everyone.

3. Neteller is nearly good to go, we are expecting that it will be in our cashiers within the next few days.

I have spoken with my boss today about this and we have implemented a system so that faxbacks will be approved within 24 hours of sending at max, and withdrawals will be sped up also so the wait won't be as long as 48 hours as a some people have experienced.

I have had a Moneybookers withdrawal pending for over 48 hours now, it is still in my account available for reversal.

When I went to live help earlier to enquire when I would get paid, I was told the delay was due to Moneybookers funding rerouting payments, anyone ever heard of this, cos I havent a clue what it means, but apparently its a Moneybookers problem, and they told me it will be a FEW MORE DAYS BEFORE I,M PAID !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yet if the money is in my account unprocessed how can it be a Moneybookers problem ????

I am really surprised that this casino is accredited here.

As for a Moneybookers problem two other casinos paid me via this method today, and I only requested the payouts last night.

The problem isn't with MB themselves, but probably due to the fact that they don't have enough money IN MB to pay players using that method. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the way I see it, they won't be able to pay you until more players DEPOSIT using MB, then they'll have the funds available...not overall funds, just those in MB.

For some reason winbig, that actually makes sense..It seems there was another casino in the same situation and they actually told me that they had to add funds to this account before dispersing since they didn't have enough to cover all the withdrawals at the time I was withdrawing...this is called a "flashback" of terror in the days of Neteller for me...:lolup:

You are to be praised for the quick verification process but I do not agree with this statement;
We have found this to be a half-way meeting point, as at some point we need to verify accounts, and I am sure that you can all agree that if we start asking for people to send documents even prior to making a first deposit, this would be going a bit too far.

If players have to send in forms anyway it might as well be straight away and because of your quick verification process they would not have to wait long before depositing.
When you say you request documents after a certain amount has been deposited how much is it?

Granted you are not doing anything different than many other Casinos by requesting documents when a cashout request is made but that is the problem.
It will always annoy the player when they can easily make several losing deposits and then when they win half their money back they are suddenly asked to jump through hoops and told it is for their own benefit.

if you were verified before depositing the process would take all of 4 minutes. it is only after cashouts are requested that papers are lost, emails go missing, pages are blurry. it is a joke. this goes for all casinos. it is a joke......

We also recommend that new players send these documents in when we speak with them via chat or phone, and again, this process is not something hidden from players in any way.

I personally approve these documents at least once daily, and in most cases twice daily, so the wait shouldn't be so long should the player decide to send these documents only when making a cashout.

this was, in no way, a shot at your casinos. personally i have no experience with them. it was/is a general statement that is more than fair given the experiences, of hundreds, at countless casinos accredited or not.

Well...these are exacvt my thoughts. Very high RJ are the way that made me playing there. But after one bigger deposit of winning nothing at all...I won`t join them again.

I didn`t read all the 43 pages, sorry for that. But did someone told us why the RJ`s are extraordinary high in this casino? Do they REALLY "pling" sometimes?

I think they have same problem with Neteller now. I made withdrawal with Neteller 26th and they said they have fraud investigation w/ Neteller or something and withdrawals are delayd b/c of that.
