LUCKY YOU! THEY MUST HAVE CHANGED THEIR POLICY
I'm an American. I played on Sunday, turned in docs I hour after cashout and had my money in my quicktender less than 12 hours later.
It was my first time playing there.
I have played there frequently, tried to submit all required documents on August 15 along with followup email asking if all recieved. 5 days later, got email they were not recieved, yet my emails were not returned as "could not be delivered" as normally happens in this instant.
Today, deposited and won, resent all documents and informed by chat my emails and attachments recieved. So attempted to cashin, but it would not go through here is their response. Mind you they advertise "withdrawals processed 7 days a week".

footdr: why is withdrawal declined versus allowing withdrawal and processing it once documents received. Never had this problem at InetBet or Clubworld
jessica: ok...we have recieved the documents and as Damien previously explained once it is processed you will be able to withdraw
footdr: ok, never encountered this problem before. How long do they take to "process documents". I have no power due to hurricaine and am on Gas Generator right now.

footdr: actually, no one ever said you cant request a withdrawal till documents approved, only says can't process withdrawal until they are received. Two different meaning. Just for your information. How long do they take to approve paying funds to same account funds deposited from.
jessica: ok...it is the weekend and no one is here from accounting so it won't be processed till Monday and it may take 48 hours to approve
footdr: ok, if said withdrawals were processed 7 days a week, that must have changed, right

jessica: yes...but faxback forms are only processed when accounting is in and that is during the week

footdr: too bad they didn't recieve them the first time. It took them until august 20, five days later to answer my email asking if they were received.
footdr: then they said no, yet my emails were not returned, so they must have been received
jessica: your emails were recieved and will be reviewed on monday
footdr: normally when my emails are not received to a person I have sent them to, I get a notice from hotmail"could not be delievered". But I did not get that notice when I first submitted these documents on 8/15.

Based upon the above response(I have put in bold type) the accounting department must not be the same individuals who process cashins 7 days a week. Apparently there is an "accountling" department that processes your ID documents and Fax back form( which is rediculous anyway unless perhaps it was a credit card deposit) and a different Department that processes Cashins. YEA RIGHT!
No problem taking your Deposits though. What a Crock of you no what!
