Hello all

Not been on here for ages ,I Gemma from the uk :thumbsup:

Having problem's with spin casino betway group .First I was told yesterday if I made a deposited today I would get 25% added on my account .Deposited £30 on there today and it never got added so asked in live chat and they said they can not added as it not valid .I said I had a copy of the chat from yesterday and emailed it to support and manger and chatted to them to explain I was told in chat I would get it if I made a deposited today the 27th .I was told there was no mangers there today as its holiday over there and no one was in and I could not get it added . So I was just wondering if anyone else had a offer of a deposit match and then have it decline ?

Also I have experience very poor chat customer service on there so slow in making a response and ask for username at least 3 to 4 times in one chat session .And cut me off when In the middle of chat .Internet is fine so no connection issues my side ,

I had similar problems - uninstalled now.

Spin Casino was created to take on UK players shed by another group, and was a cock-up right from the start. By now they should have had ample time to sort out any "teething problems".

Transferred players were offered a nice 100% up to £250 welcome bonus, but when I deposited my £250, it wasn't added. I emailed support, and they ignored it. In the end, I tried the new "Max Damage" slot and doubled my money, so I just withdrew and uninstalled the casino. They did at least pay on schedule.

There was no effort on their part to win me back other than to SMS spam my mobile with offers for a variety of other casinos. They would not allow the transfer to complete without a mobile number, and they misused it by not only marketing on it, but by passing it on to third party spammers. It SHOULD only have been used as part of KYC given that it was a compulsory field.

If they are not interested in sorting out these problems, I am not interested in reinstalling the software.

I am VERY surprised by this poor showing given that this is a Betway group casino, although I felt that Betway was starting to go downhill around the time they split from Palace group (themselves on the downward slope) so that they could manage the UK players whilst Palace group themselves exited the UK market.

Other traditional Microgaming casinos have gone downhill too. It seems the journey towards excellence is being taken by the new breed of multi provider casinos like Guts. They are held back only by problems with the technology, which often frustrates players with game errors and disconnects that are far more common with browser based platforms than with download clients.
 
they do have a bank holiday as their customer supports sits in SA

i would avoid such casinos as Betway at all cost .. they spamming me too every day via mobile.

Any Casino with a 4k weekly max cashout shld be avoided !!!
 
Pretty similar story to VWM, Betway and Spin closed and uninstalled for good :thumbsup:

I have posted numerous 'warnings' regarding this shoddy joint and my previous frustrating and pointless visits to their live unhelp in the past.

They are now in the process of bombarding me for my KYC doc's at least once a week (for closed accounts, go figure huh?)

Been e-mailed offering a deposit bonus which did not credit and then denied said bonus 4-5 times, Welcome bonus did not credit, took days to sort, voided Ukash vouchers which did not go in to cash balance (this took weeks even tho I had transaction ID and Ukash confirmed that Betway had 'took' them!!!) 'Log in for your FS' - Where, what FS??

On top of all this, these two (out of 15ish casinos) were my unluckiest casinos ever, think I managed one W/D lifetime (used Betway regular a while back)

They also gained loads of UK players as mentioned above due to migration process and I ended up with multiple accounts, quick visit to live chat tells me 'its ok, we are aware of the issue, you can have more than 1 account'

Following day I get the naughty boy email, bonuses suspended till I close accounts etc.

In closing their right hand does not know what their left hand is doing and I would strongly recommend staying away, just for peace of mind if nothing else :D

I gave them a miss long time back after the fiasco with the switch overs, Constant harassment, Just look at todays emails, They redirect you to spin casino due to no more U.K for them,,

However there are still a few around whilst avoiding the dreaded Betway Group.

No I never had much luck at all with that group, slept much better the day I closed my accounts.

32 Red group you will not have any issues with :)

Lucky 24/7 although accredited can get their knickers in a knot occasionally and can drag their feet over the odd cash out but mostly ok, check any WR cos they vary from 30x up to 50x depending on promo.

Both are quite strict on the 'one per household' rule so if that is applicable in any way always best to check first.

Roxy Palace tend to insist on minimum £50 deposits for any bonuses but are quite forthcoming on chat to 'come to an arrangement'

No gripes with any of my cash outs at these but just a little extra information ;)
