I downlaoded this casino to play the $20 free bonus, it has a 20x wr and $40 max cashout. Well the problem has not been the play, it has been very good, but no on seems to be there to answer questions. I have called twice and get the message no operators are available and there is no live chat, I have tried several times to cashout to my ewallet and it won't process the withdrawal.
Does anyone have any reports on this casino?

No live chat?
That's hard to believe because most Rivals (including Ruby) all use the same centralised chat support.

How many times have you tried?

IMO Ruby Royal are reputable and I'm sure they will treat you right.

I only just twigged this bit:

I haven't seen that offer - but that seems a very low max cashout...!
Anyway, have you made a deposit into the casino?
You can't withdraw from a free-chip from any Rival casino until after you have made a deposit there.

Hi KK, I didn't see a live chat, but will look again. Was extremely pleased with the play, even won several bonus rounds on the high variance slots .
Yes, the $20 went really well, was up over $200 several times from playing all last evening and most of the morning, not bad. But no, I haven't deposited there, wasn't sure it was a good idea since things started out so confused.
I didn't know I would have to deposit first before withdrawing the $40, maybe that's why the ewallet didn't function.
Thank you for the advice and the link, I will pm the rep :).

As far as I know you have to make deposit to withdraw at all Rivals. I had the same experience once. All I did was deposit the minimum using click2pay and I was able to withdraw straight away.

Yeah, this is spot on.
The min deposit using your chosen withdrawal method is required for security verification purposes. The deposit does not need to be wagered and can be cashed out straight away.

Thanks! I never realized using my ewallet was so easy, made my min deposit and cashed out with no problems, WOW!!! I am an idiot for not using my ewallet before. Guess I found a keeper :).
