RTG lobby problems

Is this happening to anyone else? It's so frustrating to play RTG lately, it seems like it's all the casinos too. Loading the lobby the first time is slow, but lately every time I leave a game to try another, probably 80% of the time the lobby won't load again - I get a black screen that says "loading..." and I wait and wait...

Sometimes after that it goes to a completely white screen, and sometimes I can right-click and refresh and it comes back, but most times I have to exit the casino, then restart and log in again.

It's really annoying, I'm not the kind of player who stays in one game for my whole playtime, normally I try maybe 10-15 spins in a game and if there's no sign of life, I'll go try something else. I had a manager bonus from iNetBet today and had to restart the casino 3 times to play 3 games.

If it's not happening to anyone else, is there something that I can try with my computer?

It's probably have something to do with their latest update, because I have had the same problems. Havn't played any RTG the last few days so I don't know if I would still have the same white screen coming up.

Have not played RTG a lot lately but gave them another crack a few days ago.

On one computer it was working fine and dandy, then when I moved over to play on another computer it was a different story. Both computers are basically the same, and both run windows 7 ultimate.

On the 2nd pc, clicking cashier would bring up an error and saying it could not connect to the server but after clicking cancel it would load anyway , this was also happening with slots, I would get the error code that I had no internet access yet after clicking cancel it would load the slot

If I had not played a slot before on the 2nd computer though it just would not load it at all, just flicker and that was it, so I am assuming it was not connecting to the server to actually download the game at all.

As for the lobby, that was about the only thing that would load fine.

Well I have had no issue until tonight.

At Highnoon I just get a white screen after logging in, and at Buzzluck I get a white screen when I try to load the deposit page.

Oh well, it's their loss I suppose

Same here-chat says they are performing system updates.

Occasionally i get a black / error screen too but not sure if the same one you described. What may help is to right-click on the lobby and click Refresh.

The main places I have issues with are Sloto and Desert Nights. It must have something to do with the way they setup up the promotions screens when I log in. I did have some issues with High Noon yesterday but it had to be bandwidth issues, most likely on their end. The games were taking forever to download and everything was slow.

RTG has not done an upgrade for at least 3 hours....they are wayyy overdue

I have an occasional error on the Cashiers at the ClubWorld Group... Nothing a right click and refresh page can't resolve.

I agree with PocketDiggers - The worst has got to be SlotoCash / Desert Nights. The lobby is EXTREMELY slow... I actually hate leaving a game because then I have to wait ages for the lobby to load again.

Thank you for the input regarding the lobby I will look into why it takes so long to load, is this both flash and download?

Yesterday for me it was mainly the downloaded version. But instant was kinda sketchy too.
