RTG Connectivity issues

Anyone else having problems with the RTG software right now? I am playing at Jackpot Capital and have been getting the "Unable to commuicate" error about every 4 spins, and i thought it was just JC, but it seems its happening at others as well Hope they fix it soon, was having a decent streak at JC

I am having the same issue at CWC . I too was doing pretty good until those pesky error messages and stuck spinning wheels started!!
Its depressing and irritating because since this issue started my balance is down $10

yea its driving me crazy Now it decided to log me out, but when trying to log in i am getting the you are already logged in error. Sigh! lol

Happens at Club World now and then. Very irritating.

Yea happens to me all the time at a few RTGs..usually doesnt even connect and gives that error.

Yep happening for me today as well. Why is it that it always seems to happen when you are having a little bit of luck

RTG ISSUES

I have had the same problems at CWC. Not only that I got an error message that popped up when playing Viking Voyage saying "Error with Progressive jackpot not eligible. I was eligible I was not playing with their free money and I had even gone way past the coupon playthrough amount. They are checking into it now but I sure hope I get my jackpot. I was on a winning streak when it happened I was winning lots of free spins. That is what happened when I won a jackpot on the Honeybee game. Has anyone had this happen to them?

ty for the info I just got off the phone with clubworld their looking into it - I may have hit 2 randoms on the 5th the one I screenshotted and the one that popped up with that maessage. Thanks I didnt know what that message meant- live chat was oopen and I switched to club world slot and I hit their. so forgot all about it until you said that. For the life of me I cant remember what slot i was on - I was so excited about club world slot hitting lol. But they said they would have tech look into it

OMG!!! I can't even hit more than a few hundred (not just at clubworld)

You would think if there was a pop up that meant you hit a RJ, people would know...could you imagine not knowing that's what it meant????? (if that's indeed what it means)

Well i pmd tom about it too and he said it might not mean that it could have been a conectivity issue as well so If I won 2 great if not it was fun thinking about winning 2 lol

Update: Just got email and it said the message I got was in error I only won the one random jackpot..... So it was fun thinking I may have but its ok I still got one ..

Which one did you win? The message said I was ineligible for the progressive jackpot. They better not try and tell me I didn't win. I will pitch a bitch and of course never play there again. It did the exact same thing it did when I won a Jackpot on the Honeybee game. I was winning spin after spin and them bam I won. On this one at the end of the spin the yellowish progessive jackpot screen came on and said Progressive Jackpot Error not eligible for jackpot. I was reading another forum and some people got errors that said Progressive Jackpot amount error or something like that. But it was not the actual Jackpot screen it came up on a little blue screen like when you have a Microsoft error. I still have not heard anything and I have emailed about three times. They do always respond saying their Tech Support is looking into it. Will see I guess. Thanks for letting me know about yours. Was your error the same exact one as mine or was it different?

I forgot to add that my game completley froze up and I went straight to chat and asked for a transcript of the conversation and did not get one, that happened twice.

Mine was a white box saying progressive not eligable please contact support. While I was waiting trying to get thru to chat I hit the random then on club world. I got so excited I forgot about the other one until I was reading this thread lol. I cant remember what game but I usally start play on goldbeard, club world & vikings voyage hope it helps and keeping fingers crossed for you

I'm glad you got one. How much did you win and on which game? I won once on the Honeybee Game it was 2,900 and something. I sure wish they would hurry up and answer me. Did it freeze up on you? They were both at ClubWorld right?
