This is NOT a complaint, nothing has happened. (well... nothing BAD, at least)
I am just in need of some info, I tried to ask to chat service but I had two opposite answers from 2 operators.
Sure here there are many expert members who can help me.

I guess there is no need to mention the casino name, it is one of the good ones, well accredited here.

Situation: I deposited 100$ and redeemed a 100% bonus
Of course only few games are allowed during playtrough (slots, bingo games etc).
Table games and VideoPoker are not allowed (in fact I can't even open these games during WR).

I complete the playtrough and I have 500$.
I Cash out 450 and leave 50 in my account to have some extra fun.

At this point, with this 50$, can I play Videopoker / Table games ?
These games are "openable" now, but one of the two operators told me I can't since this money is coming from a bonus redeeming.

It could very well make a difference which casino, because not all have the same rules (and not always the same from bonus to bonus even).

If there is any kind of max withdrawal attached to a bonus, making a partial withdraw will not remove that max cap.

I'd withdraw all of it and make a fresh deposit either when it's processed, or at another casino, especially if at least one chat operator told you the coupon restrictions still applied.

In the majority of on-line casinos any bonus terms you accept are valid until your balance returns to zero, some places, it's under $1. Some rogues even carry terms past zero into your next deposit(s).

Many players have been bitten by this.

Any time you take a bonus always zero out your account.

I dont think the "operators" know what they are talking about. As long as the remaining$50.00 shows up as withdrawable, its your money and can do wahtever you want. I woul, however, take a shot of the cashier screen before proceeding just as insurance. I don that a lot and has never had a problem Keep in mind though I only play at the JC group
good luck

think easiest way to avoid any problems is just to withdraw full amount then redeposit without bonus to play games, should be okay since you have completed wagering but with casinos these days even reputable ones its best never to leave any chance of them trying to find ways of not paying , better to get the $500 out then play again

Better safe than sorry I always feel. And even if things end up sorted in the end, you don't want any delays because of any confusion. Cashout all of it.

Of course its best to withdraw whole amount but you are missing the point. OP would like to play some more ensuring that he has a withdrawal coming But if he/she did what you suggested ,he cannot redeposit for at least 2 days and if it is a thursday or friday withdrawal request, its a 5 day wait to redeposit at same casino RIDICULOUS IMHO.
However, to play by their rules, just wait 2 days after check arrives before making any redeposit(at least to make sure ck clears)

wasn't missing the point, was stating that easiest way to avoid a casino saying you've broke their deposit bonuses is to withdraw it all before playing anything else, whether I agree with it or not its still safest way , if he wants to keep playing then he can but as its an rtg casino theres a good chance theres a max cashout on first deposit bonus and if so then why risk the hassle, as it says in some rtg terms All bonuses: One bonus per player / household (location) and computer. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined. Offer does not apply to Craps, Sic Bo, Roulette, Baccarat and all Multi Player Games. Any play / winnings gained on these games will result in all winnings be void. Unless otherwise stated all System wide progressives are blocked from bonus play. Any play / winnings gained on these games will result in all winnings be void , as the terms don't say its only in wagering but from the bonus then theres nothing to say that if he won thousands the casino wont refuse the payout as hes still playing with bonus money till he cashes it all out, even tho hes withdrawn 450 and only left 50 hes still got the bonus in there

Remmeber this is a RTG casino. I still stand by my statement that he can play Obviously, he can withdraw all and be "safe" but he cant redeposit until at least 2 days after

Like Weesie, I've also played video poker games at CWC on a slots-only bonus once the wagering requirement was complete. I double checked that this was okay with support before doing so and had no issue receiving a cashout.

There are many casinos where you are free to play what you'd like once the wagering is complete. However, if you feel at all uncertain whether or not something is allowed, it's best to just play it safe, cash out, and make a new deposit. If a casino is giving you conflicting information, that's probably a mess you don't want to get yourself involved. I'd say cashout for now, and either take your money to another casino or wait to play another day.

Well, I don't know about the others but if it is a CWC Group casino and you have met wagering you can play anything you want after that. Done it many times!

I'll stand by my original statement that which casino may very much matter.

If you are playing with a casino that is part of a group, even if your original site is not available to deposit at, surely another casino in the same group is.

In this case, the OP got a "no go" from one of two chat reps, and I don't know wich came first. Usually the latter will apply.

Save chat logs if you are going to do something, or confirm by email.

I may have missed it but is the bonus withdrawable? If it isc withdrawable, it is strictly the player's own money after wagering is met. However, if its a sticky or phantom bonus, then its an entirely different thing.

RTG had upgraded its software last year to help players not to play disallowed games whilst a bonus is active. Therefore, once wagering is met, all games should in theory be playable but its complicated by the fact that most of the money is withdrawn and if the bonus is sticky then the casino could accuse the player of using the bonus which should be rescinded after play to gain more winnings with no risk whatsoever.

thank you everybody for your replies / comments.

I am not very expert with RTG casinos and I was sure CM forum is the best place to have answers. I'm reading many valid points in your posts. Thank you very much.

The casino is Grande Vegas (part of JC) and I would like to underline I am very happy with them.

The bonus part was cashable and yes Stovetopp is right: it was a friday and so I could not re-deposit there till the next wednesday.

When I completed the playtrough I realized I could not play Videopoker in any way. Maybe the only possible solition was thru doing a reversal, but in over 12 years of online gambling I never did a reversal and I never will (yes I know it is silly but sometimes gamblers have their silly superstitions :D)

To avoid all risks, I cashed out the all sum and I went playing Videopoker somewhere else.
