Please delete this thread. After posting it Rollbit reached out and resolved the issue with me. Thank you.

We cannot delete threads on a whim, the place would be a mess. If, as you state, Rollbit sorted your issue then the thread is a positive one for them anyway. Unless of course you were instructed to remove it in exchange for resolution, which is not positive at all. Either way, it's resolved according to you so will die away anyway.
