I started a post here early march. Was my second deposit to giant palace, web site states first deposit only gets a match bonus. I wasnt paying attention i guess as while into my games they dropped a bonus on me, few spins later i hit jackpot line.
So when i went to cash out i was told i had a playthrough left So i finished that and tried again to withdraw till this day i still get the runaround from them.
I have a contact that knows the manager, they told that person he didnt think there was a problem with my account as i never tried to email them or live chat the issue, yet as you prob know i have the id numbers for all the emails i sent copies of chats and so on. I landed playing the rest off and taking my losses. Their last response to me was from this person that contacted them saying that they saw i reversed my withdraw and played it and in good faith more or less would still issue me my money. I wont hold my breath well over a month now.

If you want to send me a private msg here i can ask my friend to try and take
a look at it for you i cant promise you anything but you never know.

If they charged your card and you didn't authorize the charge, you can have the bank charge it back on them and cancel your card.

Hey everyone... As many of you know, over the last 2 years I have helped MANY players with their withdrawals at Hype, InChilli, and Giant Palace. Up until recently, I have always had quick responses from Giant Palace and I have ALWAYS been able to get the player's withdrawal processed.

Well - it has come to the point that I have no confidence in my ability to convince either the Casino, the software company, or the owner to pay their players.

There is a LOT of details behind this, but I am not going to hash over them. I will still try to help any player, but I can tell you that the response time is getting slower and the games being played are ridiculous.

I created a page which mentiones some of the issues with ALL the Player Preferred Casinos (this includes ones you MAY not have heard about).

READ IT:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

While I am not complete with my project.... I am tracking down any banners or URLS across my websites and re-directing them to this web page. You will notice that the website in the link above is nearly completed. There are very few URLS (not easy to find either) that do NOT redirect to this page. ALL outgoing links, though (on the banners), WILL redirect to the rogue page.

I am truly sorry if anyone has gone to their casinos and NOT been paid their withdrawal. As far as I am aware, everyone who has gotten to their casinos through my links HAVE BEEN PAID. This is why I waited until now to post this information.

Thank You.

Good to see you around here again, KWBlue; Player Preferred and its "licensees" certainly deserve being treated as rogues in my opinion. I'm only surprised that these guys still survive, although I suspect it may be just by the skin of their teeth.

I'm convinced that the only way these rogues exist is by ripping off the extreme risk-taking bonus hunters. Which regular person would play at such a crappy looking casino when there are so much better ones around? Giant Palace has some of the most hideous software I've ever seen.

Agreed. They are likely hanging on by a thread. Thanks for the welcome back :) I have been working overtime on several projects and it is difficult to post all the time (even though I lurk a lot) :)

I would also say (to casinopotato) that players who contact me about their withdrawals ALWAYS say they love the games. In fact, I get contacts ALL THE TIME asking me about this casino because either they loved the games at Hype so much or they want to play because they look like great games. They do have good slots - just a bad attitude.

ALSO - if you didn't read that full page, it is good to note that it relates to Player Preferred casinos you may not have heard of (good to know what to stay away from in the future) AND services they run (payment services you should not use).

This is all very important if you want to keep your money in the right place.. your pocket. Or if you want to spend that money at a casino that will treat you right AND pay you your winnings.

100% agree. As a player I really love their 'quirky' slots and it would be a disastrous waste of a very good product if all PP casinos bit the dust IMHO. In fact I would be totally gutted. :(

What evidence do you have of them not paying players?
Is it a problem just for USA players do you think?
I made my first withdrawal there last month, and after sending the required ID documentation the money was in my Neteller the very next day.
I have some more to withdraw now - I will ask for it this week & see what happens.

Also, you said you had 'contacts' there, so could you share with us where they are actually based - as in, which country is Giant Palace actually run from?

Cheers,
KK

I loved their slots!! A software with wonderful potential down the drain.

Hi kwblue... Good to see you again.

I have had more players contact me recently than in the past to get their withdrawals. It's not necessarily that the withdrawals never get there, but the games that are being played and some of the rumblings I hear from 'down under'.

Issue #1: Player cashes out, is never contacted about the cashout, cashout never arrives.

Followup Issue #2: Player asks support about the cashout, support says it is 'pending' or is already processed (even though they likely didn't even look into it)

Followup Issue #3: Player contacts support via support email and never gets a response from them.

Followup: Player finally contacts me, because it is known that I help those in need at any Player Preferred Casino. Lately it is taking them more than 2 days to respond to me. When they respond:

Followup Issue #4a: Casino Support / My Contacts - say that the player needs to send in ID documentation. (even though the player has never been notified of this)

Followup Issue #5: Player re-contacts me because they still haven't been paid (this usually happens, lately, 3-5 times).

Followup Issue #6: Casino Support / My Contacts - say they will get back to me (doesn't happen)

Player MAY get paid, but I usually either have to wait for a PM thanking me or have to request a response from the player to see if payment was made. Typically, at this point, I have to go back to the casino and find out why payment hasn't yet arrived.

(This is NOT always on a NEW player... and doesn't always relate to ID verification)

KK - I am not saying that you won't be paid. I am saying it is taking longer for a lot of players and I am having a very difficult time getting a hold of them anymore. There is much more information that I have gotten through sources that don't bode well, but those are just rumors until I have verification of facts.

NOW - question about location. The owners are based out of Australia, the payment processing out of Singapore.

Yep, they are no more. I know they had some 'invitation only' casinos, but I think those are closed own as well.

They were also looking to peddle a new poker platform (from what I had heard) while the casinos were not paying players. Not sure where that's at, though.

I hope they sell their slots over to Lasseters (I think they run the same backend software as I recall). They were awesome slots.

I agree.
It's a total travesty that this software was allowed to go to ruin. :(

Someone told me that some Bingo rooms had some of the Player Preferred slots - but I haven't had the chance to follow up that rumour properly yet...

Looks like they 'live' at the 888 Bingo skins. Here are a few links to some previous games and some that were 'coming soon' at Hype:

and

xxxhttp://www.getmintedbingo.com/skin/games_super_slots.php

You can probably search for 'super slots' and 'bingo' and find all the skins out there, by the looks of it.

Very interesting. I wonder if 888.com purchased the rights to all the Player Preferred slots? Would be interesting to know!
