Rizk website - issues?

Hi

Just wondered if any Rizk players have been having trouble with the website over the last few days? Thought I would check here first in case it was just me..Website is soooo slow. Broken images, sometimes no games to play and the user account section is empty or when playing games just stops updating.

Been perfectly fine but over last few days lots of issues. Anyone else getting Rizk woes or just me?

Had a few issues with the app. Wouldn’t login a couple of times, and it’s also done extra checks on my IP - location etc.
 
Had a few issues over recent weeks, couple of times I couldn't log in and there looked like alot of site problems, but more recent days had issues with rewards and such being broken and also being unable to deposit saying id hit my limits , but chat saying I hadn't but must be a technical issue.

Maybe not quite the issue mentioned initially above, but have noticed a few things going alittle wrong the last week.
 
@ShadyFei ah yes. I had that same screen as in your first screen shot earlier. Ended up just trying again later and got more stuff on the screen but still pretty broken.

I see we are in different regions too.

I think maybe they have made some technical change to the site and is now causing issues.
 
spent the weekend trying to get CS to hear my pleas for help, but all I got back over and over was to clear my cookies, and that NO players have reported any issues other than me. They simply flat out refused to log a ticket. Constant logouts, constant redirect pages, and the funny looking page where stuff only half loads and none of the links work. I guess if they wont admit there is an issue, there is no issue...right? The only way to actually get on the site was backdoor via the sports betting page, but when I was able to play I got logged out every 5 minutes, and it was 50/50 if I could play again that hour.
 
This is partly why I made a post on here as Live Chat runs out of ideas after clearing cookies and cache.

Seems like there is definitely an issue. I have been able to play ok today after a bit of faffing about with the refresh button.

Hopefully Rizk casino rep on here might see and be able to notify relevant tech people.
