Rizk Casino - Help!

Morning,

Firstly, apologies if this is the incorrect place to post this!

I had my first level up on Rizk the other day so currently enjoying all the benefits that go with it!

My goodie today was 10 free on spinions, I excepted them and it took me to the game but my free spins are not there, I went back to the rewards section but not there either.

I couldn't see anywhere on the site how to contact them, please can anyone help?

So I just went to Rizk.com to check out their site layout and it clearly has a "Live chat" button just under "Rizk Insider", which is under "Rewards". I can't even begin to think how exactly you "can't find" the live chat?

Try loading the game again.

I tried that a couple times, cleared cookies etc but it didn't work!

Sorry I'm not a mindreader. Your post literally says "I can't find live chat, please help". How is anyone supposed to deduce from that that you're on mobile? That's like posting on a tech forum and saying "My computer doesn't work, plz help" and expecting insightful info/help.

In mobile live chat appears under "My Account", but apparently not if you're browsing the site in English. It only appears on my language. Not sure what's up with that .. Maybe if when the chat isn't open, the button doesn't appear in the first place? I checked the mobile site in English as well, and the live chat does not appear there either, so either it's removed for ??? reason or it's simply not open at this time of the day.

My guess though as to why the spins aren't appearing is very simple: The spins only work on desktop version. Wouldn't be surprised if the FS they're offering for their games there all appear on the desktop versions only.

None of us here can actually help you though, all we can do is provide guesses as to why the spins aren't working. If you want help, you have to go to the live chat. Given that you can't, either wait until later, or contact the rep of Rizk here in Casinomeister by a PM and I'm sure they'll get back to you.

I think the question what is wrong with you? I literally did try to help you there, and there was no sarcasm to be found in what I wrote. You literally see me as your enemy and read inbetween lines as if everything is an attack against you. The first line may have been rude, but it was a valid point I was making. You cannot expect a person to know you are on mobile from "I need help. I can't find the live chat". Like literally? Where the fuck does it say on that sentence you're on mobile? It doesn't.

If you actually fucking read what I wrote, instead of just assuming what I wrote, you'd see I admit that the live chat does not appear to be found on the site, and even threw some guesses as to why this is. I even gave you a solution: Contact the casino rep here on CM and they will get back at you. But I guess you were too busy trying to think of the ways to come back at me to see that.

And cool, you managed to play your spins the other day fine on mobile? So what. Today they were on Spinions, and just maybe they don't work on the mobile slot? Or maybe there was an error. Or maybe .. And the list goes on. It's just as I said: None of us here can actually help you, we can only guess.

He was only trying to help you out, If you had stated you was using mobile than you may of got a different answer, If you need help this is the place to come but to be rude and call somebody a smart arss when infact you did not state you was using mobile is rude,

Typical at this joint to see jumping down a OPS throat for no reason. Rizk does not provide chat feature on mobile version. Also rizk are making it dam hard to view desktop version on mobile even with view desktop version checked or user agent forced. So dear OP, I hope this reply helps.

the live chat button does a disappearing act every now and again on mobile and ipad.

this week it was back...last few months wasn't there...

If your seeing chat on a mobile them your looking at a pod cached page. If I was you I'd save that cached page so you can access chat from mobile in future. As New page has chat removed.
