I just find this quite amusing....Shot this email off last week...

Is there anyway I can get a spreadsheet of my BJ play at your casino for the past 3 months? And a payback %?
I think I may have asked before but never got it.


And it took them 4 days for this reply:


Dear Chris. In the Casino software you can find the figures yourself. We don't havethe time to supply players with that kind of information, but in theattached file you can see the lifetime payback rate for your Blackjackgames. But we can assure you that things are exactly as it should beotherwise we wouldn't have this Casino running. Hope that helps. Best regardsVRC Support Team.

Oh for heaven's sake Funeral you seem to be much too demanding. These guys are really busy in designing unwinnable promotions (for players), messing around with your cashouts and planting bugs everywhere in their slot and table games. Tell me, how can they possibly have the time to meet your realistic demands.

Isn't it incredible that any business can adopt such an attitude with a customer? The arrogant, sarcastic and unhelpful tone alone would send me straight into an uninstall action, never to return.

This is presumably from someone in authority....who clearly shouldn't be.
