rival runaround

Well this story tells you just how centralized the whole Rival thing has become:

I decided to stop playing at Rival a while back for many reasons including very slow payouts, but I received an email from the manager at Royal Apollo apologising for automatically banning me and offered to re-instate my account promos etc. OK, methinks. So, I emailed back and thanked her but told her straight that I wont play if I have to wait ages to be paid. She told me to email her as soon as I cashout each time and she will look after me and get me paid faster.......so I made a few deposits and managed to cashout. I emailed her directly (with att to her personally) at the manager@ address, only to be answered by the central CS with "We process withdrawals in 2-5 business days yada yada yada" - and I can tell you that annoyed me so I responded asking for the manager herself to answer the email since that she is the addressee...and I got the generic response from CS again!!! GRRRR!! So I had to be rude in the end and told them to pass it to her immediately and not reply on her behalf.

Anyway, I received an email 48 hours later from her saying my cashout was on 'fast track', but as I cashed out using Neteller there wasnt much she could do......WTF???? Its instant for goodness sake!!

So, in the end I just got paid an hour ago after ONE WEEK of waiting.

The scary part is that the management of each casino seems to have NO control over payouts at all, so these 'White Labels' seem more like "Grey Labels".

Its all over for me regarding Rival, but please please please consider the above when you are deciding where to make your next deposit.
