Ridiculous 10+ day wait for Rizk to approve my SOW

Yep - it's been more than 10 days now since Rizk locked my account, asking for SOW.
I immediately uploaded the required documents.

Then a week ago they sent me an e-mail asking me to "go to My Account page and upload SOW documents"... HOW am I supposed to that when my account is locked???
I immediately replied pointing out that I had already supplied the documents, and attached them again to my e-mail, just to be sure.
Since then - silence

Anyone else having or had this problem?

you should get your money mate, but it should be received as fast as it was taken from your bank...

I had loads of BS from Risk a few years back with SOW - never played there again after they eventually paid me out.

I dont do SOW now. Other than a bank statement with much of the info blanked out.

Playing at the bookies sites + Sky never had SOW ever. Funny one casino rejected my Tax Return which was good enough for HMRC but not the casino apparently. Its bullshit. They should been back on it by now but dont hold your breath they are in no rush it seems.

Deposits currently blocked at Mecca again, lost patience tonight and sent them a snotty email,asking why they want stuff they aready
have telling if they expect me to go through another long phone grilling i am done with them.
Not been able to gamble a penny for 10 days now and seriously dont miss it

As a U.K. player mate the likes of sky, William hill, ladbrokes, coral etc won’t bother you one bit for SOW..

I know as play at them and have for years no issues.

Been with Skyvegas for years. Deposits vary allot sometimes small 50 quid sometimes bigger - sometimes nothing for a month or 2. But in all my time there they only ever asked for copy of my paypal account and copy of debit cards. Nothing else. Not sayng that they dont SOW its just I never been asked. And in all my years playing there I must have deposited 1000s and 1000s. I dont wanna think about that though ;-)

Also videoslots been with them almost since they opened. Did SOW around 2 years ago I think. They asked for a few documents. Uploaded them bank statement copy of something else from Hmrc and they were verified within around 30 minutes. I know Videoslots get slammed for low RTPs but they run a very smooth ship. Just avoid the low RTP slots / Netent / P&G etc ...

years ago, might ask them if its still active.At Mecca i have ( or had) a daily deposit limit of £250 and at Grosvenor a daily limit
of £500.Most days I might deposit between £200 and £500 but also made regular withdrawals
Suppose in the current climate that would be considered a very high deposit level, dont know how Sky would react to it

I’ve placed bets of over 8k a race a few years back.

not once had a issue, obviously those silly bets are gone now, but i deposit issue free and have since 2015.

If your depositing that amount daily pal I’d certainly choose a casino I could trust, and most obviously one that paid me no issues before spending upwards of that amount.

One thing you can say about Mecca/Grosvenor is that they are rock solid as I am sure Sky are, wouldnt expect any payment
issues from any of them, certainly not holding funds to ransom which seems to be a speciality of the Maltese mob.

I think a lot of it is down to how much the casinos are willing to spend on resouces and training, not lot a in many cases.
I would imagine some dont have dedicated verification departments or if they do they must sit there drinking coffee all day.
Rank definately do have staff to just deal with verification and SOW, but far too few to deal with the workload generated by
over zealous policies on responsible gaming.

They should take a leaf out of Amazons book, recently installed a Ring smart alarm sytem (Ring is an Amazon company),
the online and phone chat is answered within seconds and all the information is to hand and problems sorted out there and then
within minutes.Many of the support staff are based in overseas call centres and dont have english as a first language
but you can hear everything they say and they are really polite and actually sound as if they want to help you.

Since Betsson took over they are terrible. I had the same, waiting days for things to be looked at, asking me to upload stuff that wasn't possible as all the options were greyed out.

I uploaded some documents in the account panel and for months it was showing 'we are currently processing your documents' no idea if they ever did, then made the huge mistake of actually depositing and playing which was punished with an next day account lock.

I'm no business guy but not letting your players play seems like a bad business move its not like there is 300 other places which will take our cash hassle free.
