As someone who works in the industry, you may think it odd that i am about to say this... but i would LOVE to see withdrawal reversals banned.

If the GC could do anything good to help players, it's this. I hate it, i see no possible benefit to it, and often i only play at casinos that don't do it or have a VERY SHORT time where it's allowed...

I'd love CM to lobby the GC to get this implemented... Stuart McPhee would be a good starting point at the GC

 The next big think to hit the casinos should be the ban of reverse withdraw, keeping someone's money from them when they have won it surely shouldn't be legal anyway.

it should be compulsory for a withdraw feature to be on the play screen and not hidden away deep in the accounts section like responsible gaming is and the deposit button should be removed on a play screen.

I have said before you should be able to set a limit where if you win a certain amount it automatically withdraws a certain sum ie £120 won £100 gets withdrawn.

I also think that any more than 24 hours pending should be banned apart from in cases where there is reason to (where money laundering or foul play is suspected).
There is no reason for this either, and most reputable sites don't do it - so it's obviously not necessary from a technical or administrative point of view.

Some NekTan run sites are 72 hours or more!

Very good idea. Netbet casino used this taktik on me. I had a whitdrawal of 12000euros. Undher the pendingtime i also depositet 3800euro just to not rejekt it. They said 48hours pendingtime. After 96hours i rejekt the whitdrawal and lost all the money.Weak very weak.

Totaly agree with your statement.

I think it is a short-sighted approach by the casinos doing this as well. If a casino is really slow on cashouts, I am not going to play there again, simple as that. Casinos with fast withdrawals and little to no pending gets my action instead.

I reversed $1k of withdrawals and lost everything during the Easter holidays. This was due to my ecopayz account being empty and I couldnt deposit at other casinos. Normally, the withdrawal would be in pending status for 24 hours but this time it was there for 96 hours due to the holidsays. So I fully agree reversing of withdrawals should be banned.

Nektan are a joke of a group and there 10 million different identical casinos!..
I won a fair bit from kerching last year, asked for it to be manually flushed, they refused..no problem I said put my account on a week cool down period until it's cleared and out of my account.
It's a horrible and frankly roguish practice that serves no purpose at all only to give the casino a second chance at your money, I'd happily back a CM lobby against such behaviour, after all it's the players advocate!..

I did exactly the same - what is so annoying is I held on to the Easter Monday and then lost the lot in less than an hour - was furious with myself
