Hi somebody has created a fake email and used all my ID details to create an account with GameStop. The email what was created has never ever been made by me and yet when Isomebody has created a fake email and used all my ID details to create an account with GameStop.

The email what was created has never ever been made by me and yet when I contacted GameStop about this they are refusing to remove the fake email which I can’t even use because of the password I have also asked for evidence of the ID what was provided to make this fake account and they are just so unhelpful.

This has been done maliciously towards me and GameStop have made me feel like I’m a bad person and a liar because all their strict rules on their website stating how secure they are with ID evidence isn’t true because they have allowed a third-party to open a account with them and knowing that the email address is fake and has nothing to do with me. I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem with them.

As for the topic, what you're saying is that you need to know how you can get out of a Gamstop bar within the period of exclusion?

Answer - you cannot.

Even if people take it at face value that some unknown third person has randomly gone to the trouble to ban you from gambling by spoofing you, what would be their reason for doing so?

If it had happened, it would most likely be by someone you know who was concerned for you, rather than malice.

I probably shouldn’t say this, but I’ve been so tempted to do this on behalf of people we have closed in the past. You really can’t help some people!
