No, you won't get a refund.
If you are seeking a refund on the grounds of mental illness, then effectively that exact claim could be made by gambling addicts who have blown money - after all, addiction is also a mental illness and carries the same significance. Addicts won't be refunded either.

This is remote gambling and the casino cannot reasonably be expected to diagnose any psychiatric issues after the event of losing.

Had you won, would you have contacted the casinos in question afterwards and told them to void your bets and pay back any profit you made?

While I am sorry for your situation, I'm afraid you have little or no chance of being refunded after losing.

Sorry mate, but sounds like a bit of a desperate attempt

It's not the casino's responsibility to check the player's state of mind. That could be compared to playing drunk, where the player's control over his own money may be almost non-existent. But it's not the online casino's job to monitor players' blood alcohol levels. Casino won't refund money because "the player was too drunk".
If you lose you lose. If you win you win. That's all. If you had won, you probably wouldn't be here asking for instructions on how to return the money to the casino.

Absolutely not

No you won't, and I think if you check their terms accordingly you would have found your answer. Most state in terms these days that upon registration you confirm you have not a gambling addiction or a mental illness. You accepted those terms, and therefore a later claim for refund will be denied.
