reef club casino happy hour?

I think only if you cover all the possible outcomes that no matter where the ball ends you win your bet back less the overall house edge. Anyone playing it normaly should not have any problem.

you guys totally hijacked my thread!!

now one of you needs to be the sacrificial lamb and do a reef club happy hour trip report :axeman2:

Sorry! Mostly my fault I guess!

I will volunteer to be your lamb! But it will probably have to wait until January as I have loads of work (ie gambling) already this month, and am away from my PC for 2-weeks over Christmas! :( :( :(

Today, I received an e-mail form Reef Club.

-----------------
According to the User Agreement you have with us, in the event that we believe that if a user is abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion, or is likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a gaming policy adopted by us, then we may in our sole discretion, deny any bonus or promotion, or rescind any policy in respect of that user, either temporarily or permanently.

This Email is to inform you that we have made a decision to deny you from obtaining any promotional bonuses from us in the future.

This decision is prompted by your account activity (mostly based on depositing repeatedly during promotional events in order to cash out casino bonuses with minimal risks), which is highly inconsistent with our philosophy of rewarding players who take risks and enjoy gambling.

In November, I opened an account at Reef Club, deposited $200, got $200 bonus and cashed-in $2,000.
Lat week, I deposited $1000, played BJ "without bonus", tried 10% method and cashed-in $3,078.
Can someone give me a clue why I was labeled as a bonus abuser ?
Their business tactics is far beyond my understanding....
So many strange things happen in the world of online casinos....

The answer is in bold; even though you didn't take a bonus the second time, you won too much.

Consider it a badge of honor; you took too much of their money, just like Crockford's and Stanley.

I think the short answer is inept management in many cases, especially bearing in mind the high cost of acquiring good non-bonus players.

One gets the impression that they see a couple of reasonable healthy wins like this and rush to shut down the account without considering the probable lifetime value of that player.

It's really weird.

Unless of course they think they have found something else in your background, real or imagined!

Yoshimura, from what you posted, it doesn't sound like you did anything wrong to me. It sounds like your action was too strong for them though. I am glad that you beat them out of that much before they restricted you.

Yoshimura's story makes me less inclined to open an account at Reef Club.

On the other hand, at least they restricted Yoshimura from receiving bonuses in the future instead of taking away something that was already given.

thank you yoshi!! i was really debating on if i should deposit for their happy hour bonus, your post just helped me avoid making a possible stupid choice.

reefclub, if that's how you treat your customers, then no thank you!!!

Thank you for comments.
One of my friends was also labeled as a bonus abuser on the same day.
I don't blame them but the casino manager should reconsider his business policy.
I won big by luck, but definitely I will lose money if I keep on playing at their casino.
Maybe they stopped me doing so, and I should say thanks to them.LOL
