Redesign for OCR

I have spent the last couple of weeks reskinning OCR. Comments, good or bad welcome. Couple of points:

1) Site logo/header on top left will be a changing.
2) There is an issue with the drop down menus. Whereby it disappears from time to time. This should be fixed at the beginning of next week.
3) I still have quite a bit of content to put back on the site. Including a lot more slot games.
