So i decided to have a crack at redbet this month.
site design and speed quite happy game search works well no lag on anything i played.
Banking used skrill for deposits and cash out. First cash out took under 8 hours 2nd and so on took under 2 hours would of liked a $10 min deposit option though
instead of the $20 min and maybe more currency options.
bonus wise i took a 50% monthly thing did not expect to crack it but wanted more playtime with some chance. The wagering requirements need some work.
promos for casinomeister members where good everyone loves some free spins on a new game and rep is great and helpful.
Had some decent wins over 5 times deposit once and a fair few losses but chat support comped me a freebie without hassle.
Support was quick never kept me waiting over a minute and got it sorted quick
Quite happy will add it to my regular casino list. Would like to see a few changes made like a slot player loyalty scheme and better bonus wagering.

thanks for reading feedback and comments welcome and helpful :) randomIam

Hi my friend, many thanks for the review, nice words and constructive advices, we appreciate it - Everything is taken on board. Thanks, Marius

Had my first withdrawal today at RedBet, very fast after sending through documentation etc.

One question for the rep... why do I have to log in after you have approved my withdrawal only to approve the withdrawal once again?

Yeah, it's the same at Heypoker and Whitebet - basically it seems you 'send' the payment to yourself once it's approved - you log in and complete the transaction yourself rather than the payments team doing it. Odd system I agree but it works OK.

P.S. Although good sites they are STILL mis-describing a loss limit as a 'deposit limit'. Videoslots once did this too but changed it after I pointed it out and reported it.

In other words, you set a DEPOSIT LIMIT of £50 a month. Deposit 50 and win and withdraw 200 say. You are then £150 up. You will now be able to deposit another 200 and so-on if you make further withdrawals (in other words you can deposit as much as you like until you are £50 down over all).
This is a LOSS LIMIT being wrongly described. A deposit limit is a deposit limit, simple as. You can only deposit £50 regardless of winning and making withdrawals. That's how all reputable sites work like Guts, Bet-at, Sky Grosvenor etc.

I'm sorry I think this is a bad piece of RG and slightly dishonest as it's specifically designed to allow winners to not walk away for the month, but come and lose winnings back.

Redbet???

The only site I play with my top 3 providers MG, Netent and more recently WMS. Smooth gameplay and trustable!

Only downside is the limited deposit methods (No Pre pay vouchers) ?? due to euros conversion ??

Here that they are adding UK £ soon tho and once Paysafe replaces Ukash on 31 August (ish) should be all systems go for my new No1. (Ok well 2nd after 32 Red  )

Hi,

Thanks for mentioning this. I'll investigate and get back. Deposit limits and loss limits should not be mixed up..

Alex

The most amazing reps on here , I did not get my welcome bonuses added when I clicked to deposited and the reps sorted it out in a blink of a eye .Mind you I did not get my third lot of welcome spins either but they did add a bonus and sadly I had not of luck. But all and or a great set of game the rep on here are amazing .Seems a good place to play and I will play and despotised much more in the further weeks .Thanks Alex and casino manger rep you are stars for the super fast replies also ...

I also had the same mixed up depositing limits

Update:

We'll change the name, and it will be called a loss limit instead of a deposit limit. The limit is currently specified and explained with examples of what happens when you withdraw, but still there's no point in calling this a deposit limit.

Thanks again for pointing it out.

Well you aren't the first, Videoslots once did exactly the same mistake.

I have to ask, does that leave you, Whitebet and Heypoker with no genuine deposit limit facility (i.e. independent of any winnings/withdrawals)unlike the other accredited sites?

If so that would be a tad anomalous.

Thats still not helping any body out unless I missing the point, If 100 limit loss but someone puts in 50 and withdraws a 1000 than there limit will still be 950, It does not matter what it states, win/losses/max its still not responsible,

If I had a 50 limit and deposit 50 and win 500 than was aloud to stick another 450 in I cannot see how that is responsible gaming?

Just because you won more does not mean its ok to spend it, No one moan at me please had a busy day and do not see the point in all this any way, closing down accounts and limits as theres plenty more places that will happy take the cash so in my eyes its pointless, Unless its for a few days while pending, but again not for me

I've just noticed BetSafe offer the same set-up when you have a big win. My deposit limit has been increased by 700% overnight!

Whilst RedBet are one of the best operators, I agree with the above post (Spintee) and don't think this is very responsible.

This is what I was getting at Nicola - Videoslots once did the same and I closed my a/c in protest after I pointed it out and they didn't seem to understand, although a little later they did sort it out correctly.

You have had the exact issue I did - I had a 50 'deposit' limit at Heypoker, withdrew 200 IIRC and then found I could then deposit the 200 back again. As I said it is a loss limit, NOT A DEPOSIT LIMIT! Alex is sorting that but I think that doing this is a bit naughty as it implies the casino doesn't want you walking off with a profit in any given limit period and leaves scope for you to lose it back which is NOT responsible gaming.

All other accredited sites adhere to a proper deposit limit that means what it says. As it stands Redbet, Whitebet and Heypoker do NOT have a deposit limit facility.

From my notoriously bad memory, I think you'll find the casino limits are listed separately as "Casino Limits" and not covered by the "Bet Limits" which applies to the sports. Badly worded admitedly but I am pretty sure I tested these and they worked OK.

Not for me Nicola and me they didn't!

I only noticed it at Heypoker and the RG settings are what I described, via the casino limits on the Gold one. It even mentions 'loss limit' in the RG bit but doesn't mention deposits. "Decide on a loss limit ahead of time and stick to it"

Whichever it needs to be sorted and described properly and to work effectively, because at present it's not up to the standard of all the other accredited sites.:)

hello

got a question wanna ask ask~~~

if i got poker account on 32red poker casino and also got account on redbet poker~~they cant open both at the same times...both also microgaming powered

is it this will be stack? because i can saw myself got 2 inside poker...or i can challege me and me~~i worry about when withdraw funds will be void winnings excuse or T&Cs...:what::what:

Can agree to all the positive things that have been said. The reps, especially Marius (nothing against Alex, but i have just been dealing with Marius, is all :p) are really going out of their way in terms of presence, response time and of course the fun extra promotions. Withdrawal speed is one of the best currently on the net, and Redbet has pretty much all the games i want to play..

If i could suggest one slight extra, which i would enjoy, is to be able to use the game Matrix, with both Casino Blue and Red!

I'd love to spin a bit of DOA, whilst playing Ruby Slippers in a second screen:)
Just keep up the good work though, and no peep outta me!
