Is it okay now for you. Everythings ok for me. Both the website and casino seem fine as well as live chat.

My problem is that last friday i requested a whitdraw....
From Monday, my cashout is being processed .... I had already sent the documents and the operator told me that today I received the money...but i have received any money!!:confused::confused:

I have also sent a mail to casino support, but i have not received a reply


what can i do?
 
It depends on what withdrawal method was used. Also, Monday was a bank holiday in some parts of the world, so this could have added an extra day if the funds went through a country that had this as a holiday (the UK for example).

It would be worth thinking of today as if it were Monday, and then seeing if the money is still unacceptably late taking this into account. Probably not, as today would potentially be the first business day after the withdrawal, and so it may arrive tomorrow, possibly Thursday.

last Night, i was able to contact chat support and they told me, that Today i would have received my money..
At moment, nothing!

I'm very disappointed..too much time for accredit my win!

Now i sent mail to moneybooker to ask if the accredit can be take up to 3 days

If I have understood right (and I really dont have any idea if I know what Im talking about). Moneybookers payouts are sent out in patches. Few/day. one at 11am, second at 5pm. Or something like that for example.
But it never should take more then one day if it has been "processed".

The problem is that if a customer asks Skrill about this 1-3 days, Skrill tell them this is BS, everything is instant. It's the same with Neteller. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, it SHOULD be at most 1 day to reflect. Any more means something has gone wrong somewhere. Plenty of players know this, so they don't pay much attention to this 1-3 days, if it's not there on day 1, they want to know what went wrong, and what you are going to do about it.
