Max retracted his statement not because he was wrong or didn't have his ducks in order, he made a decision to bring peace to the forum. This fight is not worth it - and this thread has become divisive and agenda fueled.

If you want to close a thread be my guest but to end it making silly insinuations after Max was smart enough to drop it was really in poor taste.

Implying that I have some sort of dark history with Club World or that there's ever been any attempt what so ever by me or Shaky to cheat this casino out of one penny was nothing more than a bad attempt to defend a casino by discrediting me.

I told you exactly what my history is with this casino group and up until he got stung for 300 bucks, Shaky had literally none.

I was polite enough not to carry on this foolishness when Max decided to let it go. I even thanked his post and then you have to try to get one last dig in.

Go ahead and pretend to dig up your dirt. I don't really care.

I don't think you give the people reading this forum nearly enough credit. People know exactly what's going on.

Despite Max having decided not to post the accusations, he did say that you and your brother know what he is talking about.

There has been little mention of the affiliate involved, but it seems as though he is a close friend of you and your brother. Such strong ties between a player and an affiliate isn't the norm, unless the affiliate is a small one. It doesn't allow for the affiliate to be seen as impartial, as he is trying to help a close friend, rather than a regular customer.

I expect this thread will end up getting locked shortly.

For the rest of us, it is a reminder that the habit of giving false phone information as protection against phone spam isn't really such a good idea after all, even though it hasn't caused problems for them.

Unfortunately I think there may be a lot of Dark History with many. I have brought up the 3dice thing before, I cant imagine what those poor reps went through when they banned skiny from chat. I am sure this wrath has been felt by many from grocery store clerk's to managers of restaurants. It seems that if you don't get your way all hell breaks loose.

1) Terms broke and winnings void

Not to shoot the first bullet to start the battle but as far as the logic of this was 3 Dice people coming to rescue of skiny and shaky I think you are wrong. I haven't seen shaky or his wife on 3 dice since this started. As far as an affiliate helping out, there are many times I have seen others on this thread post "Let me know if you need me too--- " I think it was kinda of a natural progression to ask the affiliate of the forum to please help first. Why not? This situation made the affiliate look bad as well. Think of all those potential customers? I just think the whole situation went bad very quickly. Now here is the other point of view and reading through the thread there is an underlining tone of was there a conflict of interest? Max did his thing and I don't think it helped the thread when Max called out Shaky and Skiny in the thread then there was nothing posted after except a blurb about no info being posted. I can understand why everyone is jumping up and down things were said, people were accused and in the end people got banned. Just a bad situation from the start. Right or wrong the whole thread was a mess.

Nothing got accomplished. Form not even gonna get changed.

The last month at CM has been nothing but negative threads. I mean its been the worst I have ever seen it. Everyone seems so jumpy and just rude. Can we get back to respect for all and try to be kind to one another again.

I agree somewhat. I learned very early on you cannot trust some casinos to be discreet with your information, especially phone numbers where spamming (unlike by post) is cheap and easy. As I said before, I have given false numbers to avoid this, but in the end settled for a throwaway PAYT and ALL sites I play at now have my genuine number which is just as well reading this story, along with threads about spamming/nuisance calls.
I would urge readers of this topic NOT to provide a false number but for the sake of a tenner off of their next deposit, get a 'casino mobile' specifically for the purpose. When you have opened any new account, BEFORE playing check the 'my details' section to double-check your info lest a simple mistake or typo costs you in the future. It's worth a couple of minutes.

I believe Bryan decided to "upgrade" the ban due to the guy being more trouble than he is worth -- people banned for rules 1.18 ("PITA") and 1.19 ("defamatory comments .. malicious attacks") don't tend to get pardoned easily -- but Bryan would have to confirm that.

I see you've already Reported this to bring it to his attention so .. I'm sure he'll confirm on Monday (if not sooner).

I didn't agree with him on a lot of issues but he was fun to talk to most of the time. He did lost it with the CWC issue though and I'm not sure if something happened behind the scenes for Bryan to upgrade the ban. Will wait for an explanation.

Since we're offering opinions I'll chip in with mine: from a forum moderator point-of-view I found skiny to be an aggressive, disruptive, combative PITA. Sure, I know he had some brains, knowledge and wit. Whatever, that didn't make him any less of a forum time-suck. In the end his dirt simply wasn't worth the effort it took to keep him in line. IMO. Having him gone means an end to the endless hassles the guy loved to cause. In addition he had lately taken to slagging Casinomeister off on other forums and by the time the situation has degenerated to that I think it's clear that he had no intention of ever being a happy forum participant. Not here at least.

Go back and look at his posts over the last couple years. Where applicable they're consistently contemptuous of me in particular and Casinomeister in general. At best he was barely civil enough to be allowed to continue to post but it was always the same routine with him: he'd fling some shit around, things would heat up, he'd get a warning or an Infraction after which he'd lie low for a while until he came back to do it all again. What fun .. not!

After years of that I was good and sick of it and was overjoyed to hear his ass had been booted out the door for good. Others have followed that same path for very much the same reasons. Anyone recall Caruso, for example? Same shit, different guy. There are several other examples, all history. So why should skiny catch a pass for doing basically the same crap?

Just my 2¢. As always though the final word is Bryan's, obviously.

During his suspension he went off the reservation and began his personal attack elsewhere. So yes, he made it clear that he did not value his membership at CM and I closed it - permanently. As soon as you cross that line - which is outlined in rule 1.19 (aggressive malicious attacks) - then we have nothing else to say.

He believes that my decisions made concerning player complaints against accred casinos are biased because of the "almighty dollar'. First of all, I have welcomed this debate numerous of times - so it's nothing new. I can understand that a gut reaction (or knee jerk reaction since it's reflexive) is to cry foul play when a complaint doesn't go one's way when it's dealing with an accred casino. But we've been there before - and any senior member can attest to this: there is a record at Casinomeister of quite a few casinos being removed from the accred section because of complaints, or even thrown into the rogue pit. Minivegas, Jackpot Factory, Fortune Lounge, Rushmore Group have all had the taste of the pit. Rushmore is still there by the way. So this whole thing about how I protect the casinos here is rubbish. The operators are aware of this too - no one takes being listed here for granted.

Additionally, I have been known to relook at situations, complaints, whatever, and reverse decisions that were made by either myself or Max. We are human, and sometimes we change our minds. If a person has a convincing argument - I'm always open to hear it out.

But when one resorts to malicious personal attacks, then you can just speak to the hand. That bridge is burnt and you will be no longer welcome here. Convince me otherwise - but at this point I am impelled to believe that Skiny is just another cyber-bully.

Yes Bryan earns money from the casinos, however this is mainly due to the multitude of customers Bryan directs to the casinos, and ultimately dollars HE earns FOR the casinos.

He also has one of the most well respected public mediums for casinos to promote their respective sites, and we've all seen how this site can make or break a casino if they're doing the wrong thing.

Why is that? Because you were given an infraction for posting what is considered an off-the-cuff troll comment in another thread? I wouldn't have known about it except that the forum members don't appreciate your passive aggressiveness.

Since you began posting in April 2014, there have been 29 "report a post" complaints about your comments. You have received 10 infractions, and your account has been suspended twice. At the moment you are on a tight leash - and as I mentioned before, you need to change your posting style. That's not just me saying this, these are your fellow members. Everyone here wants to see you being cool, and to be an active and productive member. But derailing threads with drama or trollish or insulting comments is not going to be tolerated anymore.
