Question Random Jackpots RTG

Hi

I have recently had the depressing experience of winning random jackpots (twice) when on a max cashout bonus. I understand this, however my understanding was that in where the winning is wiped the random jackpots would be returned to the jackpot pool. In both cases this has not happened giving a "windfall " to the casino of $8,000 USD.

Does anyone know what the actual rule is on this?

Not sure there is a set rule but it must suck... Such is the nature of RTG FREE chips....

I dont know the rule, but why dont you play at another RTG casino with no max cash out on bonus coupons, like eks. Slotastic casino.

I never play with a bonus. I deposit, loose maybe and then get a 25% cash back with 10x wager and no max cashout. Thats an ok deal I think.

If a nd free chip, wager 60x and max cashout 180-200...sure will never play a game where I could win a Random Jackpot either.

Maybe you play at the same casino as me. Grande Vegas. They have the 25% cashback on your losses. Or maybe its common with RTG.

No its not common for RTG.

Club World use to have 50% cash back if you lost. 10x wager but with a max cashout 10x bonus. Now a days its a lot worse at Club World....Closed my ac. for same reasons.

I play some times with GV, but mostly Slotastic.

I know about the free chips, I only take them if in the cashier sections so there are allowed to use.

The way I see it is the casino pocket the cash, Unless they decide to give it back to the pot, There would be no point in doing that as would be better of to give it to the winner, Some RTG sites you can win PJ with a bonus and some not, So its not a games provider rule,

If you played at one that was allowed while using a bonus and won than the pot will be given to the casino,

Same as if a casino do not allow the JP to be won with bonus than it will still be given to the casino, Just as it would to the casino that alows it, I know people say it should be given back to the pot, BUt this does not benifit the casino one bit, If they did and another site won it than that other site would get the head lines
