Ok, I know there is already a thread concerning the big horned animal, but apologies I feel this deserves it's very own thread. In the past couple of weeks, I have been adding to the number of free play slots which are on my site and of course I had to add Raging Rhino by WMS. Indeed having played it considerably for free, it looked like my kind of slot. Highly volatile, the potential to ruin your bank roll and also the potential to give you a very large win.

So on Monday night I decided to play for real, in the hope of capturing on video some decent bonus rounds for my Youtube channel. Unfortunately no such luck and the game, took most of my £1k that I had deposited, until I managed to get a half decent couple of wins, to break even. Therefore withdrawing £1k.

So Tuesday morning comes and in the process I deposit in total another £1k, with my bankroll nearly being wiped out at one stage. Then I hit three diamonds at £10 a spin and well, see below for the results. Unfortunately and alas, I didn't capture the bonus round on video, having several previous nightmare attempts :(

Cashed out in total from this session £10k on the nose. So all in all £9k up and now awaiting payment. :D

Omg congratz on that win...
€10.00 a pop on this? don't think I would ever be able to do that...
€2.80 / €3.20 is max I have played on this beast hoping for a hit like yours...

Great hit!

Have to say, I was getting peed off with it, with so many crap bonus rounds, whereby would get 10x. Hence I didn't bother recording a video of this bonus round, as I thought more of the same. I went into kamikaze mode and thought what the hell. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would win over 900x on the bonus round.

Now just waiting for my withdrawal to be processed. Thankfully, no reverse at Guts ;)

Very nice indeed. Best I ever did was 500x and that was on a $28 Bet - 15k the end result. Like you mentioned, the only problem is the Rhino raping YOU... Had many terrible sessions on that slot too

Guts will be dyspeptic about that payout

Ok an update on this. I requested the withdrawal - two amounts of £5k each on Wednesday the 25th May. Come 6pm some several hours later, my withdrawals were still awaiting to be processed by Guts.

After speaking with Live Chat I was told that they needed photos/scan of my Visa Debit Card which I had been using since October 2015. Despite the fact they processed a withdrawal fine on Tuesday 24th May.

So I duly sent the scans in and received an email in the early hours of 26th saying that it will take up to 72 hours for my card to be verified. Subsequently, despite the fact I contacted live chat every day, it didn't get 'verified' until Monday 30th May. Which is when my withdrawals then got approved. I then received the £10k on Tuesday 31st.

Now whilst I agree with KYC and what is required and yes, I know Guts did not have a scan of this card I had been using since Oct, I have to say I was most unimpressed in the delay.

Indeed, I play at Guts due to the quick withdrawals and return to cards. As it was not a small amount I would have thought they might have gone the extra mile to ensure my withdrawal got processed prior to the bank holiday weekend. After all, I hadn't just signed up to the casino and they had my other docs from when I signed up.

So in short, they have gone down slightly in my estimation.

They hoped you would be tempted to reverse and continue playing at £10 a pop...

Congratulations on the win! I don't have the guts to play Rhino. I like to play high-ish stakes and I'm not convinced I could resist trying to chase down an enormous win.

I experienced similar stalling at Gala. I won £11,000 on Montezuma and they dicked me about for about four days until they actually processed it, despite daily phone contact (on their part - they wanted a photo/gushing story for the website, but I refused). It does seem odd, but like in your story it can't be as simple as them hoping I would gamble it away - I deliberately took a week-long cool-off period so I wouldn't be able to access the site until the money was in my account, and told them I was doing it. But the stalling pissed me off enough that I haven't played there since. (And it seems generally good practice to only play at casinos you've lost at, because they're more inclined to be nice to you, and it's not like the games are any different.)
