I am wondering how a player in the US that make a deposit with a prepaid card gets their money when they cash out.... Also, what are some good sites for US players using prepaid cards?

ACH or check by courier.

Not going to suggest casinos but you can't go to far wrong by looking at the accredited list here. Each player has a fav casino. What's great for some may not be for someone else.
