Hi, I hope I am posting in the right place, if not I apologise :)
I joined a casino that had a new member bonus of -
100% first deposit
75% second deposit
50% third deposit
My first deposit was a $100 & I got a $100 bonus, the same night I also deposited $150 & another $150. The next time I logged in I deposited $50 & got a $35 bonus. Shouldn't I have got my 2nd & 3rd bonus on the 2 $150's I deposited? Thanks in advance.

Did you finish the WR on each bonus before depositing again?
Or did you zero-out?
If you did zero-out, did you log out and back in to the casino each time before making your new deposit?

All these factors could come in to play here, but why don't you just ask the casino what is going on?

Either that, or name the casino and I'll try to figure it out from their T&C's.

We'd be glad to help, but as KK says, require more information. Terms of initial deposit bonuses can vary widely. Sometimes casinos take up to 48 hours to credit bonuses to your account. Sometimes there is just a mistake, and you contact casino support and they will credit your bonus appropriately. Many casinos you must enter bonus codes for promotions, and if you didn't claim the bonus properly, you might not be entitled to it after playing. Generally speaking, players do not like bonuses to be added to accounts UNLESS you ask for them.

I've seen first second third deposit promotions that only apply if you do not have a win from first deposit, you can get an additional chance for a further bonus.

If I am expecting a bonus to be added to my account and it is not there, I always contact support immediately before playing on. Even when bonuses are added to your account later, you lose the ability for your initial play to count towards the win, or playthrough, requirements.

Terms and conditions of "free" money vary widely, and are not always easy to understand. I try not to use telephone support with casinos, and prefer to have any clarification I need in writing, either through live chat, or via e-mail.

Hi guys, thanks for the welcome.

Yes I did zero out quite a few time actually :sob: lol but I don't think I logged out (to be honest I'm not sure) I did make 6 deposits that night. As soon as I signed in a couple of days later & made a deposit a little note thingy popped up telling me I had a bonus for my deposit & it was put in straight away. The casino is Red Flush. Cheers, Tanya.

Microgaming.

To properly zero out you have to log out and log back in again. Also, where bonuses are delayed, you should deposit, log out, wait a while, and log back in hopefully to find the bonus credited.

MGS have introduced the "pitboss" application, that annoying thing that slides in from bottom right telling you something you already knew, but disabling all your gaming functions until you close it. This is tied in with truly instant bonus crediting, which in my experience is prone to "technical issues" requiring intervention from support.

There are other funky oddities with Red Flush. I played in their "slot survivor" promo, wagered a bundle (on slots of course), but my points didn't budge. Further, I never received any reload offers, which proves that as far as their automated system was concerned, I DIDN'T play slots (the terms were that only those who played in slot survivor would receive the reload offers). This earned them an uninstall, since I was not going to play on in a promo with a technical flaw, despite it being far better than the others on offer elsewhere.
