You are assuming they launch anything... we've seen others that have skipped that part entirely (basically a coming soon page while heavily promoting their offshore site).
For clarity, TGP Europe is a white-label provider based in the Isle of Man. Their
lists a number of operators - many of them sponsors of top-flight football clubs in the UK, and most of them based out of less-reputable jurisdictions (in the gambling sense) like Curacao or countries surrounding China.
They've already been fined once by the UKGC (earlier this year) for AML/KYC failures - I assume it's a matter of time before they get another given how their clients appear to operate.
This is the strange part, they have a
to advertise the .uk.com site - yet the shirts have an unlicensed site (maybe the ".uk" part is in 3pt white text ? ). Clearly it's a cop-out, and they've probably learned from the poker operators who all had .net sites and then geo-redirected players to real money sites if they weren't from the US.
As always, you have to question if the UKGC is asleep at the wheel on this stuff, but we've seen other operators come up with elaborate corporate structures to get around legislation, and I'd guess the same applies here. None-the-less, quoting
three years to get your research up to date on illegal gambling (quoted from the video above) and not having a scooby-doo when it comes to VPNs and Crypto (which of course they're going to struggle to get a handle on, short of outright bans... don't give them ideas) ?
