Quatro - MG less than stellar

Just to let others know, terrible experience there so far. Usually I am confident in playing MG overall, but there are real issues here.
I played a welcome bonus freeplay, deposited and played. The issue is that they "have no access" to my account and have been having internal issues for the past 3 days. Telephone support, when answering, does not have any answers. Same with live chat. When they decide to chat, they have no answer other than they cannot access anything.
Not very confident if I wanted to play that a cash-in would be seeing the light of day.
Normally I don't play these things but I was bored and gave it a try. From what I read in T&C I should have to play through the free play AGAIN, and that is why I have been trying to contact them. Shame on me for being a dumba##.

I am waiting since since 3 days now for a 1K withdrawal there. Same excuses with live chat...no acess to my account.

No replies to mails.

Thing is, we can still deposit and play there.

Makes me :confused::confused::confused:

This is a Playshare casino. Worse, they are having problems with their main two casinos, so launching a third was asking for it, and they got it - p1$$ed off players who are experiencing YET AGAIN the "incompetence of Playshare".

The website was an indication of things to come, as was the spam, which I found VERY odd indeed since these "spammy affiliates" had somehow joined an affiliate scheme that DID NOT YET EXIST, so were presumably working for free, attracting untagged players - yeah right:rolleyes:

The terms were a mess, a series of contradictory cut 'n' paste jobs from a number of other casino sites, placed "live" before any proof reading and editing into a coherent structure took place.

I had both the spam, and the CD, so they should have been long since geared up for an "avalanche" of new players trying these heavily promoted offers. If they were not properly geared up, they should NOT have fired off all those CDs, and allowed these apparently "privileged" affiliates access to the program before it went mainstream, especially since some of these "privileged" early affiliates simply went for the "quick buck" by mass spamming before the program took on other affiliates & diluted the market share.

Having an early mass of disappointed players is the LAST thing this casino needs, and this could drag it down for quite some time, even when they get a grip on the current issues.

Wish I had dug up info on this casino in the first place, usually do, but you know, MG usually ok. Anyway, emailed the "supervisor" yesterday and still no reply.
Will try again to see if they can tell me how much I have already wagered etc. Kissed that hundy goodbye, but still....irks me to no end.

Send PM to Mario (Playshare), giving a brief outline of these concerns.

It was only the fact that they forgot to proof read the site that revealed they might be Playshare. I PM'd Mario, who confirmed Quatro to be a new Playshare operation, although probably one that is meant to look "independent", rather than be lumped in with Grand Mondial and Casino Share.
I had decided to wait for things to settle before I tried them. A tidied up website would be a start, but now it seems they have become bogged down in "technical issues" that also seems to involve unresponsive CS, the worst of all possible "technical issues".

Recieved my cashin yesterday. So Im fine with Quatro, it just tooks too long, however, this may be excused with their server problems.

At least support told me it will take that long.
