Pure Vegas - Tied to Rushmore Group (?)

I'm sorry but I don't believe this. I had requested my Cherry Red account closed, but my Rushmore and Slots Oasis were not automatically closed. I requested them closed later. The only way I can see them having a close one / close all policy is if you pissed them off in some way. Who knows what that could be? Did you get mad at a CSR and use foul language, by any chance? ;)

Still, however, the question remains.

I think the main point trying to be made is that Pure Vegas Casino IS indeed tied to the Rushmore group, when they have been denying it all along!

Don't understand why they would deny it though:confused:

Maybe Bryan needs to get involved. I doubt he would allow these casinos to remain accredited if they are lying and not disclosing their affiliations.

Actually I saw something similar when i logged into titan a week or so ago. One of their new slots was the `rushmore` slot  it wouldnt load up and was shortly removed thereafter but it was there. I know cos i seen it lol

Hi everyone,

Just to go back a bit in time to clear things up. I stated a while ago on the first page of this thread (in which I did not deny):

Hello everyone,

Apologies I didn't get to this sooner but I now hope to be able to clear this up!

We (the owners and operators of the Rushmore group) provide certain services to Pure Vegas Casino such as customer support for example so this is the reason why there are some similarities between us and Pure Vegas. With that being said, the Rushmore group and the Pure Vegas group are two totally separate companies with different owners.

Thanks,

Louise

Concerning general 'connections' - Please keep in mind that RTG casinos in general are connected due to our processing system - So if a player is flagged on another RTG casino then we would be alerted to this. Also in the case of banned players etc in the general system.

Hope everyone is well.

Kind regards,

Louise

So does this mean all RTG casinos share information about players to each other? If so, this has me really suspicious. Reason being, after winning quite a sum over a couple weeks on 3 random jackpots, it became impossible to have any luck at either Cherry Red or Rushmore. I requested my accounts closed for the time being and since have had zero luck at any RTG casino, causing me to stop playing ANY of them. My concern is that there might be flagging between casinos, expecially if the RTP can be set on a per player basis, or tied to bonuses on a per player basis. The other concern I have on this issue is privacy. What I might share at one casino I may not want my personal information shared to other casinos, especially if they are less than reputable or known spammers. Personal information about players should not be shared under any circumstances, as that is a breach of trust, IMO. I miss playing RTG, but frankly wish I had been treated better.

I am locked out of all 3 just because I was upset about a deposit going straight down to zero with NO entertainment at all! I told the promo rep I wanted my money back or something and that I would get it back on way or the other and that is when they locked all three accts. I have the emails and they are pretty funny to me because of the contradicting wording!

I have never done a charge back and quite frankly don't know how, nor do I have the desire to. I was just upset at the time! Oh well not my loss!

That explains the locking of all 3 accounts, even though you only complained about one. Without specifying HOW you would get the money back, they have to fear that you might initiate a chargeback, if not now, at a later date.

Threatening to "chargeback" often causes accounts to be locked.

What is NOT clear is HOW MUCH information is being shared between the different RTG casinos. Is this MORE than just a list of fraudulent players, even to the extent of an RTG wide "blacklist" of "too clever/lucky" players, or even an RTG version of the Rival "central database".

IF Rushmore is merely suplying "support services" to Pure Vegas, they should be operating an internal "wall" to prevent player information flowing between Rushmore and the owners of Pure Vegas about a player's activities at Rushmore.

Without looking at this too deeply, it looks like a request to close "all accounts at Rushmore" is taken to INCLUDE an accounts at Pure Vegas as well, whereas the player might be happy with Pure Vegas, but NOT with their experience with Rushmore.

Maybe closing just 1 account in the group screws up the RTP tracker. :p

Good one!

I'm seriously going to reformat my hard drive, then with NO casinos installed, I am going to go download and join an RTG casino that I have never played before. It's going to be an experiment.

I do understand where they felt the need to lock me out to protect themselves, but I never threatened a chargeback! Though I know my venting words implied that!
As I stated earlier I honestly don't know how to do a chargeback and if I did, I wouldn't initiate one on a casino just because I lost! I know I am gonna lose when I make a deposit. It just makes me mad when it goes from a deposit straight down and I mean straight down to "0" with nothing in between!
It's like ordering a big juicy burger with all the fixings and then being forced to eat the whole thing in one bite! No enjoyment in that:rolleyes:

I got locked out because I cussed out a manager once for a bad losing session and didn't like the way he talked to me. I've learned a lot since then. About 6 months later when a promo came along I wanted to take advantage of I sweet talked my account back unlocked. Really though, people who help us are just human and probably have no direct effect on our play. If they do have any way of effecting our play and our outcomes, I'd rather not make them mad. ;)
