Hey there!

Anyone else encountered problems with Wild Turkey or Wild Rockets when you get free spins? Flash crash instantly when you try to play those spins. Basic game works just fine. I have tried with two computers and my friend also have this issue.

Yes, this has been an issue since Sunday evening at all NetEnt Casinos.

The advice is to e-mail the casino where free spins have been triggered, giving the time and date of wager and they will credit the win amount for you.

I've tried with Firefox, Chrome and IE.. Just now when playing on Noxwin and asked support to try play those spins and she told that same error but wont answer anymore about that issue but told to play other slots...

When you press the spin button, even though it crashes, 1 free spin is still done. So if you don't want to wait for customer support to do the spins for you, you can just repeat spin-crash-reload cycle until the free spins are over. Though if you get 30 free spins in Wild Turkey from 4 scatters, and then lots of +2 free spin retriggers from full column wilds, that can take a while.

It happened again on Wild Rockets and clearing cache didn't fix the issue, I had to go on a 3rd computer to get the bonus round played through.

As mentioned by another member in that thread, maybe downgrading to an older flash version might help....It's near impossible for casinos to keep up with all the changes in flash that seem to be coming out on a near weekly basis...

Strange one on DOA. bonus round triggers and I start free spins. I get the pause and game is currently not available message yet I hear the spin finish and win something??? I reload game and 12 spins are showing and the first spin wins naada. Bonus round was horrid just like every time "game is currently not available"

It happened on mgs too. Playing ir and was getting superhot. I get bonus round with troy and it starts at 10 free spins showing and game freezes at end of bonus round so I have to log out. Come back on to IR and it is ice cold and I bust out right away

Downgrading flash did help me to play those free spins. But I would recommend everyone to update it back to new version after that.

It is confirmed tthat flash is crashing due to an update by chrome. The games: Wild Turkey and Wild rockets are affected.

Good one! They should display the LGBT flag on their website and see if anyone realizes why they're doing it....
