Buzzluck is one of the few casinos I play at and have never had any issues there..
I requested a payout right after the first of the year and it took awfully long to get it..At least 2 weeks..Thats ok, because being from the USA we have to be patient!! Yikes..Anyway deposited the check (like I always do), and yesterday, 1 week later I get a letter from the bank with a copy of the check attached saying it was returned due to 'frozen/blocked account" and of course reversed the funds out of my account..Shit...
I called Buzzluck, and as always they were very nice and apoligetic and suggested I try using a different method for a payout such as 'pay my card'/
So, I am now trying that..Of course, being the pathetic gambler I am, I put back 50% of my payout before requesting the new method...

I know Buzzluck is very reputable and I am sure I will get paid, but just wanted my friends here to know there are some real issues going on for us USA players, not only with depositing, but with payouts also..so be careful..

if they sent cash$$ to players in the usa receipt requested there would be no problem insure the pakg /envelope its insured to be delivered in actuality not the contents , they send jewelry , stocks, bonds collector's coins' you name it

Well crap... so it begins again... hope that JC check I just deposited clears. **heavy sigh**

Good luck to ya!

This is exactly right- they could send cash and insure it. Also, if they could send a money order- this could be insured also. I would think a money order would be more widely accepted than a check. Just an idea.

Just a thought. If USA has affiliates and they are able to pay the affiliates, why can't they have affiliates handle the payments of their clients? meaning I signed up through MR Browns website - he is my affiliate- I win they send MR brown money and he sends it to me. Just a thought don't know if it makes sense still drinking my coffee and I have the FLU - Yes after 4 days of feeling like crap I am admitting I have the Flu.

Unfortunatley that would probably open a whole new can of worms. They already rely on a 3rd party when paying people , now having to trust another 3rd party to do the right thing with the money would probably be a disaster imo.

Sending cash was another suggestion, but again your having to trust a group of people to do the right thing. There is no proof or paper trail with cash. Thats probably a lot easier to get "lost" in transition.

I'm not getting this at all. Every time I log into this forum there is yet another post about how some casino of Club World had a bounced check, didn't send payment, or people have been waiting "months." And yet every single time people are saying "It's Buzzluck, I know I'll get paid" or "It's Lucky Red, I know I'll get paid"

Well, people aren't getting paid, or their check is bouncing, or whatever. I don't know why people keep depositing there. Listen, I live in the USA, I get how difficult it can be to get paid in a timely fashion. But 3Dice manages to do it... usually 2 days or less for wire transfers and a week or less for CASH if you want it. Yes, I get that it's next to impossible to deposit there in the past few weeks since paste and pay went down. The point is, why deposit at Club World when it has more issues than people are admitting to. But if casinos like 3Dice can do it, then it should be expected that EVERY casino can do it.

I just don't get why everyone is sooooo forgiving of Club World. This has gone on too long. Bouncing checks for what seems like a year now should not be tolerated! Yes, if that means leaving the casino, then leave the casino... Maybe then they will get their crap together.

weplant - This is not directed to you in particular - this is just a general rant about how easy everyone is being on any Club World Casino.

I agree that this is just confusing to me - if you owned a local business and a customer bounced a check once, twice, three times, what would you do the next time that customer came in with their checkbook in hand?

I've kind of hit a point where the whole "oh, we live in the US so we can't complain about a 3 week wire transfer that was 'processed incorrectly' the first time, but the rep cleared it up..." line of thought is tired too. (Especially when you think about how many people don't know about CM, or the reps here, or think they're doing something wrong anyway so don't want to complain too much.) The "we'll get paid, someday" culture is letting these processors (in most cases I distrust the processors immensely) get away with too much. And someone from another country is always SO quick to come into these threads and say "well, your government sucks" or "well, what do you expect? you have to be patient..." as if we're wrong to expect to be paid in a timely fashion. Not a "timely for the US" fashion, but timely, period. The fact that some casinos are able to do it sends a big red flag up that others are not.

And yet so few of us are voting with our dollars. It's... bizarre. ETA: Don't think I'm shaming anyone - I do it too! I've cut way back, but haven't entirely quit.

I think it's important to note that the check was returned due to "frozen/blocked account". Looks like UIGEA and maybe DOJ have figured out an account is being used to pay gambling winnings. No wonder some banks are reluctant to process Canadian cheques, especially from sources they do not recognize. This is not the same as what most of us think of as a "bounced" cheque, ie Non Sufficient Funds.

The US government really doesn't want its citizens gambling online if they are not going to get a cut. Neither do land-based casinos, a powerful lobby group.

I hear you but people do get paid even if an issue like this comes up. Its obviously not Clubworld that is issuing the bad check it is the processor, and yes indeed the processor having issues is certainly a relection on Clubworld, but again Clubworld does normally fix the issue quickly.

Webplant --- keep us updated on any news if they do mention anything about checks being issued again.

If it's a frozen/blocked/seized processor account, then my thinking is, where's there's one, there's maybe more on the way. Meaning, if the Feds/banks have caught on to one processor, there may be more to follow, so... just be prepared...

Web, I just read that "pay my card" is a credit to a card you have used to deposit on. Thats sounds like a great option but I for years have been under the understanding that most online casinos dont credit back to a credit card for US players. Do you know if this is a new method?

PS I just started a thread about Pay My Card , im very interested to know about this option.

I will keep you posted. According to Buzzluck this is the option they would like all USA players to use. My visa card is actually a debit card, that is all I have now and all I use for depositing...I am pretty uptight about this whole thing..I definitely want my payout and I don't want my bank getting
into my business...The check from Buzzluck only said VALLENTA LLC on the front of it..Did not have a address at all...Keeping my fingers crossed..debbie

So its one of those debit/ credit cards from your bank. Did they say it works to that?

I believe so..Spoke them to today and said payout was approved again..However , they said it takes 3-5 business days to get charged back
to my card..So the wait begins again..It will be one month from the start of this payout...
