I hope you all have had a fantastic start of the year! I am very sorry that I did disappear from the forum for a week, but the reason is that I got super ill and a Parasite from drinking source decided to infect my body a give me super high fever and I was in the hospital for several days to get treatment and I wasn’t in order to even look at the Laptop.

It is possible and I learned one thing! Dont play superhuman and go to the doctor if you feel sick haha! Especially if you live in Asia where your body is not used to the various things you can get here.

As of this morning, the funds have not arrived. Seeing as this is at least the third attempt can we entertain a different payment option? BTG usually credits the player's casino account when winning one of their contests. You had processed one for me when you were at Videoslots. Perhaps this is more work for you, but trying to process credits time and time again and failing, certainly must create a lot of work as well. I do have Ecopayz and Instadebit but I do not believe you can process payment through these avenues.

I realize you need to have the money bounce back to you again, but it should probably be there already. I would really appreciate it if you could follow up on this as these are from the Nov & early Dec promos.

I already asked this earlier on the thread and as yet not so much as got an acknowledgement or an update, never mind a response.

I really hope you get yours soon as if I remember correctly it's quite a sum to be outstanding :)

I'd also like to ask whether you got my e-mail and whether everything's ok when it comes to Skrill transfers? I know there are some problems with payments so not sure if Skrill is still an option as it says in the terms of the promotion, if not please tell me what the possibilities are and I will send another e-mail to you.
 
Hi all,

So our Payments team are swamped since it has been Christmas and New Years and we are al catching up. Payments should be done to those who have sent me an email by tomorrow :) We are still looking at the money that haven't arrived yet and trying to figure out why this is not working and in one case it did work once but not the second time we sent.

Skrill and Neteller is by far the easiest way for us to send money and it is bank wire that is struggling for us sadly.

Thank you all for the patience and this is top priority for me to sort out.

I thought Dan said above that the payment would be made last Wednesday?

Dan doesn't seem to have been about so maybe he is still not well - not had a response to a message I sent so just have to sit it out GoldenGhoul :)
 
I think it might be more a case of him being swamped in messages. He will get there x

Sorry Supa but after two months and everyone having received their prize from well after when Barbara and I won, as I say I am not holding my breath - he could have easily updated this thread, saying nothing more about it!

So right now the payment that should have been done last week was done yesterday and I have loads of internal work to do before we do any new campaigns here. It is not fair to you guys to wait for something.

Greylady your money was sent again yesterday and you should have it buy 1-2 days and if you dont have it then we will go via the other solution that you offered us to do. I guess I will have to deliver the money to you by my self when I am in UK if nothing works lol! :)

What I am working on right now internally is to set an SLA and also get to know how often they will do payments. Since we are not a casino our "Payment" team looks different and before me, we didn't do transactions like this before. I am also looking into getting new payment methods and also exploring how Revolution can help out with Bank transfers in UK.

I hope everything will be sorted by this week and that everyone has got their money so we can continue these campaigns.

I just want to add that I am not ignoring anyone and I am spending time chasing people in Europe to give me answers and I dont want to be boring and just repeat that I am looking into it.

With the new SLA and routines that will be set for the future and also looking at payment methods that work and exclude som that is causing problems will make things better in the future and we are hiring someone to assist me in my team.
