@conker 100% me 0% I didn't oversee this one, I'm doing the Scrooge one. We do sometimes pitch in on the other's comp if one of us is absent etc. but usually it's easier to leave them to one person for clarity and to minimize doubling-up on same thing etc.

Thanks for pointing that out. That was an oversight on my behalf.

The draw software pulled a member out twice and I didn't notice it first time round.

As you have rightly pointed out, you can only win one voucher per member. That voucher has been redrawn and I am pleased to announce that @Downsman was the first name out.

I took the straps and back/neck pads off of mine. It reclines a bit and has adjustable springiness/bounce on the recline function. The armrests are adjustable up/down in/out too. Quite comfortable, I fully recline to the limit with my feet up on corner of table and fall asleep in it when playing Bonanza.

P.S. look out for an enormous box from Fedex in 2-3 weeks, make sure you have a box cutter to cut the cardboard into smaller bits for your recycling bin lol

Did you get the 94% RTP model? I got the 96% one then by the sound of things.

mine came with the 87% chip

the head pillow is different (badly measured so it either hurts your neck beacause its too low or u have to adjust it manually everytime)

It's been helpful to learn how the process works from other members that have received them before.

A miscommunication between me and the owners has meant that the voucher prizes are now going to be paid as cash for the exact same amount. I have communicated with all the winners and have requested payment details. Your prizes will remain exactly the same value, they will now be wired or via skrill. Please note this was in no way connected to Pragmatic Play. Payments will likely take 12-14 days from when details are sent off, so please reply promptly. On behalf of myself, I can only apologize for the mixup, but hopefully you will be forgiving.

The reason it has only just been noticed is that many of the team in the head office have just recently returned from the xmas break. It was picked up Monday and we have been figuring out the best course of action since.

Thanks CM and PP! I received the Pragmatic Play chair today. Delivery was delayed yesterday. This box travelled around the world (Romania, France via De Gaulle, even touched Memphis Tennessee!

Came in a huge box, heavy that the delivery man had to roll it on it's 4 sides. I haven't unboxed it yet but the international scent of this fine cardboard lingers wonders.
