JOE BEEVERS, BARNY BOATMAN AND DAVE COLCLOUGH ALL CONFIRMED FOR THE GSNP CHAMPIONSHIPS
The Genting Stanley National Poker League got off to a flying start with over 4,000 unique players taking part in the first month that saw over 500,000 pounds paid out in prize money. The players are all battling for a free ride to the Genting Stanley National Poker Championships where they will be able to compete against players such as Joe Beevers, Barny Boatman and Dave Colclough who will all be attending.
The festivals promise to be cosmopolitan affairs with players from across Europe already registered to take part. There are also 10 players from www.pokerinthepub.com the UKs premier pub poker league. At the time of going to press at the start of February there were already over 200 players registered for the championships.
Most of the major networks ONGAME, Playtech (from the 5th February), Boss and Full Tilt have all been running qualifiers to the event and will continue to do so throughout February.
Genting Stanley have already shown their commitment to poker in the UK by putting all the league registration fees back into the prize pool and they are continuing this trend by offering dealer dealt cash games at the three festivals, for just 5 an hour.
Live super satellite qualifiers are running in various Genting Stanley Casinos across the UK and more information can be found on the GSNP League website.
