 You can win back your bonus award by participating in all casino games. However, your win back amount will vary depending on the game you play.

Two things...
Do you have a list of countries that aren't allowed to play at the casino? This will provide less anger and frustration (and possibly negative comments) towards the casino. Also, I didn't see, and possibly just missed it, any max bet/stake size per game?

Hope my criticism isn’t too much for you Slotmonster.
My high school English teachers humiliated me…

This part is unclear;
Bonus Award Table
1st Deposit Bonus Total
£10 £10 £20
£150 £50 £100
£200 £150 £350

This part could be refined;
Bonus wager multiplier is equal to 20, which means a player is required to make a £20 bet per each pound of his bonus award. If you make a deposit of £20, you receive a bonus award of £20 to your user account. To be able to cash out your bonus amount you will need to wager on the total of £400.”
Might be better just to say; wagering requirement is 20 times bonus and give a simple example.

“Game Contribution Example of £10”
No real need for this part; “Example of £10."

“Slots, American Roulette 100%”
You may leave yourself open to abuse if you set American Roulette to 100%. Perhaps better is 50%.

“…are not used for winning back bonus awards.”
Might be better just to say; Do not contribute towards meeting the wagering requirement.

This part is unclear;
“In case of any deposit on condition that a user balance is less than £1, all bonus awards that have not been won back are voided.”
Rewording it may fix it.

“If a player appears to have more than one user account, bonuses will be forfeited.”
Better to say; If a player has more than one user account…
Without the word; appears.

“…bonuses can be won back in each game.”
Clearer would be; All games contribute to meeting the wagering requirement.

“If Casino suspects any player in abuse of the present offer, their bonus awards will be forfeited and accounts banned.”
As a player myself I don’t like this. It gives me a bad feeling when I play at casinos with these kind of terms. A good idea is to make your casino ‘hole proof’ so it’s not possible to abuse bonuses.

This is a UK Only casino.

As for max bet/stake - no restrictions. You can bet your whole bankroll in one spin if you want to.

Thank you for your replies!
Any more opinions?

P.S. I know: English is far from being good...thanks God it wasn't written by me :p

In this case, this casino will be "eaten alive" by advantage players, and if the reaction is mass confiscation due to "spirit of play" (given that the terms offer NO defence), the bad PR generated will drive prospective players away. Remember, in the UK (your target market I believe), the choice is overwhelming.

The advantage player would simply bet everything on one spin, and if they win - the terms allow immediate withdrawal with sacrifice of bonus.

Example - take max bonus (and they will:p)

£150 and claim £150
£300 on Black - win = £600 - withdraw £450 and sacrifice £150 bonus
Profit = £450

Take 38 such players (American Roulette)
18 will win, and 20 will lose (red and the zeroes)

The casino makes 20 lots of £150; which is £3000
The players make 18 lots of £450; which is £8100

Oh Dear!:D

Poor English will make UK players suspicious, and is often one of the key indicators of a "scam", such as a Phishing email, or dodgy website.

Whilst experienced players are used to online casinos having poorly constructed English in their terms, new players will expect the site to appear as though written by a native English speaker, and good English makes a site appear more professional, and thus more likely to be legit.

Apart from the grammar, there is the way some of the rules are expressed, which is NOT how similar concepts are expressed throughout the industry, and thus how players have come to understand them.

The rules themselves look like the original Microgaming "ClearPlay" system, which as any good advantage player will tell you - was full of "holes".

Players don't like nasty surprises, especially when they make their first withdrawal. It is best to have information available about EVERYTHING, as well as to ensure that the verification procedure is NOT "full of hoops" that many feel are designed to catch them out and void their winnings, rather than a genuine attempt to verify their identity.

Thanks, vinyl! :thumbsup:

I assume the Casino will have table limits way below the max. B+D amount ;)

Can you tell me a bit more about these "holes"? Or just provide me with the link where I can read it?

Verification process will be done before deposit.

There were two "holes" in the original.

1) Immediate withdrawal with bonus sacrifice, coupled with table limits that allowed very large bets in relation to starting bankroll.

2) French Roulette had a 50% weighting, but this made the game +EV for the "grind" tactic. Players (the stupid ones begging to get caught) would simply place $1 on Red and $1 on Black, and autoplay through the WR. The clever ones would simply bet a chip on ONE even money option, but would nevertheless grind out the WR.

MGS operators plugged these holes, and most do NOT allow early withdrawal with bonus sacrifice, and limit the max bet to something like 25% of the bonus credited, or the total starting bankroll. In addition, French Roulette has a much lower weighting, so that the "grind" is no longer +EV.
