I was looking at using there unlimited 100% first deposit match and after reading the terms as shown in the images below i saw that it was 35 times wagering of bonus which isnt to bad I was going to put down 1500 so wanted to check on maximum bets as obviously 52500 wagering requirements I would like to bet pretty high to clear it quicker or go bust. After an email exchange it was revealed that there wagering requirements are infact stated wrong on their terms and I was informed it was 35x deposit and bonus. I have informed them that their terms are wrong but dont want any of you going on there and thinking its only 35 times bonus im so relieved i spoke to them first, f**k trying to wager 105000 on maximum bets of a fiver lol.

I have come across that many of times in the last week, Stating got to turn over so much and mis out the deposit amount also,

But they are in rules, Hopefully KK can llet me show this, He's site shows the wager perfect and is in rules so why you got that email is wrong and not good,
Im not much good reader but I under stand & that email sates 35x D&B I am always with players side but them pics clearly state the rules, 35x B&D

They have the first pic you put on wrong, they need to sort it but its obvious that its xB&d IF see rules, I know its wrong to send out that measage but always double check rules or ask CS alow there shit at least you have a bit of proof

The second pic is shows in capitals you put on

Personally I like the site BUT I don't take their bonuses. Saying that they gave me a comp after my DoA win (WHY?) and it had only a 35x WR and I withdrew 120 from it. Paid today. Same with my comp points. Then again, my FS win of 5.60 needed 50x wagering but I made a w/d of 149 from it paid today.

NOW:

The terms are incomplete, I believe Bryan knows the chaps there so I will report this post.

ODD:

"Example 3: Player C has purchased £100 and received a casino bonus of £100, therefore has a total balance of £200. Player C decided to only play slots, and therefore, is subject to a wagering requirement of 35 times, or £3500. After the player has wagered £500, the total balance left is £50, hence, the balance consists of only bonus money. After the next £500 of wagering the player wins, and now has a balance of £400. All £400 is bonus money as it was won with bonus money, however, is still only subject to the original £3,500 wagering requirement, which £1,000 has been completed. So the player wagers a further £2,500 and has a balance of £500, which has been won from the £400 bonus money, but the original £100 bonus has been played through, therefore, all £500 is now in the cash account and eligible for withdrawal."

This means that if you lose your deposit/cash balance you are indeed only subject to 35xB WR - strange as if you never dip into the bonus money you would need 35xD+B WR...

INCOMPLETE:

"a. Example 1: Player A has purchased £100 and received a casino bonus of £100, therefore has a total balance of £200. Player A decided to only player slots, therefore, Player A must wager 35 X £ = £0 before the casino bonus account is converted into cash and eligible for withdrawal."

This should (presumably) state "35X £200 = £7000"???

This does indeed need looking at.

Yeah I saw the incomplete part where they didnt fill in the calculations and personally that sort of put me off, if you cant even fill your terms in correctly then im unlikely to trust you. Im also sure they are a good casino i may deposit 100 at some point just to get the free beer :D, not 1500 however, crisis averted lol. I have also been informed by them that the 35xdb is only for the welcome bonus and all other bonuses only require 35x bonus.
