I was roaming around and saw how a few liked the chinese kitchen game and figured I might just try it too since it looked like fun. :D

Well, I looked at all the casinos with Playtech, and found out it would take anywhere between 5-7 days for withdrawal on Firepay/Neteller and up to 10 days for wired funds/mail outs to be PROCESSED! .

Well, yep, I guess you figured it out...I did not join any because, I can't see me waiting or anyone else for that matter willing to wait so long for any monies, I might have won to be paid out in such a long length of time vs instant depositing...doesn't make sense at all to me...If they can take it that quickly...why can't they pay it out just as quickly as a lot are now doing?..

Going to stick with my instant payouts (from 2 minutes up to 24 hrs max at all my casinos at this time).:eek2:

I really think its just silly to have to wait for something they won't! Try to tell them you want to play on credit and you will send them the money you lost to them in 5-7 days...think they will oblige? They will laugh right at you.

So whats the difference in asking to play on credit since they choose to take so long and keeping my winnings? None, I say...I will avoid these casinos totally...and I hope many do the same to change the way the payout/withdrawls are handled by some of these casinos. Very unfair..

If they feel the pinch of lost revenue/players, it might just wake them up to see they will be hurt in the long run for holding players monies so daggone long. .

(Hope I have the right casino group, if not, I apologize in advance)

absolutely right, to the point!
But it s not only the Playtechs, a lot of the bad RTGs need two weeks or even more (7 business days- they mean monday to friday) til being processed and another couple of days til you have the money. We should strictly void those places to clean the market...

Some PlayTech's aren't that slow...

Hello,

I agree with what you're saying, and it's one of THE major reasons I converted from full-time PlayTech to full-time Microgaming endorser/player. :(

Having said that, I recently have gone back to one PlayTech in particular, and that's Bet365 (a.k.a. Casino365). It's not a part of the accredited list (a list I treasure, thank you Bryan), but nevertheless, it is a very reliable operation that's known for paying their customers. When I withdraw there, I get my winnings within 24 hours (one time I received it in just 3 hours). I don't think there's any other PlayTech operation that pays out sooner (for those with NeTeller accounts).

Actually, KasinoKing recently spoke about being payed (I believe) within 2 days, which is VERY good (at Diamond Deal Casino - newly accredited casino from the MainStreet Group). At least there's no darn fax-back forms... what a COMPLETE waste of time and effort.

Sidenote: Bet365 does payout promptly, but... I seem to recall that you (silcnlayc) don't like having to transfer funds from sportsbook account to casino account, and then... you have to transfer funds from their merchant account to your merchant account with NeTeller (IF, you have NeTeller that is). It's not that big of a deal, and it took me about 10-15 minutes to figure it out the first time. After that, it's a piece-of-cake. ;)

Hope this information helps some. :)

Sidenote II: I have THE worst luck at the most notable instant withdrawal casinos (CasinoExtreme/Phoenician/Ladbrokes). Don't know what's up with them, I half expect that from CasinoExtreme, but Phoenician has been sooooo BRUTAL for me. I did make a substantial withdrawal from them recently (hit 5 scatters on Tomb Raider), and THAT was the only win. After a few deposits after, I went 3 and-a-half hours alternating between Tomb Raider and Mermaids Millions without hitting a Free-Spin Feature?!! That's on quick-spins, autoplay. I know that it has nothing to do with the casino, it's the software that the casino has no control over... but c'mon already! On the other hand, I have WONDERFUL luck on the casinos that take FOREVER to pay. Hmmm...

I'm not going to comment anything at all but here's my question.

How do you guys explain Casino-On-Net's policy? If you're a new member, they have a 5 days float period where you could reverse your money to be put back to the account and etc. Is that considered BAD as well? I'm not sure about the rest but CON is actually a PLC, thus meaning that everything must be done right in the eyes of the law.

I've seen casinos around which makes payments at certain times of the day only. If you miss it, you will have to wait till the next day's payout. I've also seen and experienced the greatest Playtech payout every, which took me 4 weeks to get a Wire Transfer. GOSH! Can it take any longer? I wonder when I lose, will they take 4 weeks to charge my credit card or something like that?

Anyway, I'm just wondering if CON is actually somewhere anyone would play or not. If because of the 5 day float policy you say no, then what would be fair and etc? Isn't CON a HUGE and trustable casino?

This is the sole reason i won't play at Playtech casinos. The fundamental problem here however lies largely with the software as i understand it from my research (and please corect me someone in-the-know if i have it wrong).

Playtech software has a fixed default Reverse period of 5 days and to bypass that, a casino has to individually action a withdrawal on each player account, a potentially very time consuming task. I believe RTG is similar. The casino is not permitted to change this setting "across the board" and therefore it is more cost effective tolet it naturally expire.

The main issue, for me, is that all this time, the money is available to the player to "reverse" (no need to go into that one all over again eh  ) which obviously has major benefits to the casino, and to any software licence provider who works on a commissionable cut of a licencee's profits.

Some casinos (ie iNetBet on RTG) make an effort to process withdrawals quicker, but as i say, this must add to their bottom line. Some do it for VIPs (ie: at IOG group) only, and others do it on request from players individually.

What it comes down to, for the casino, is weighing up the cost of doing manual processing vs. the hypothetical value attached to losing out on players with higher expectations vs. the savings made by players "reversing" their cashins.

My own ersonal opinion is that neither Playtech nor RTG will achieve player confidence to the levels that Microgaming or Cryptologic enjoy until this situation is addressed. But who am I :D

Cheers

My 2c...

Yes, I definitely would play at CON (already have!) - but only for the S.U.B.
After sign up they don't have any promotions worth a spit. :(
You will have to wait possibly up to 7-days or more for your cashout - but you WILL be paid!
Whatever you do, don't deposit by Neteller as the WR is just plain stupid (x50).
Their games seemed 100% fair to me.

Playtech: I can confirm that the MainStreet site I joined did payout my deposit & winnings (separately) within 36hrs, with no crap-back forms ;)

Personally as long as I'm 100% confident that I will be paid within 7-10 days max I would be happy to play anywhere. (Provided they have nice bonuses  )

I've been paid much faster than this by Diamond Deal. Other playtech sites seem to take a few days, but the ones I play at regularly all seem to pay within 2-3 days. I really like the playtech software, except for the lousy history function.

Personally I don't mind if they pay a little slow, as long as they pay reliably.

You can email Bet365 to request neteller cashout, and the money will be in your neteller account within half an hour.

Although the majority of Playtech casinos are shoddy, Bet365 is a shining light, and is certainly as reputable (and better than most) as any Microgaming casino

In response to your question paul02085, you could do as thelawnet suggested. What I do when I make a withdrawal request:

- Contact them first (to make sure everything is in order, and that I'll be claiming my winnings)... I suggest their Call Back Service just to make sure you're doing everything correctly.

- They give me a "Merchant Transfer Code" (from their end) number.

- I have to login the figures under the "transfer to merchant" section of my NeTeller account (via NeTeller homepage).

- My winnings show-up in my NeTeller account promptly (like "thelawnet" said sometimes within a half-hour).

Mind you, this was for the Casino section, and I've never played their Poker section (so it could be different... although I doubt that). While this may sound a bit tedious, it's easier than it sounds, and at least YOU KNOW that by doing the work, the money will be coming sooner than later (rather than waiting for some operation that throws your withdrawal claim into the "get-to-it-sometime-later" bin  ).

I hope this helps. :)
