During the bonus round feature, a technical interruption occurred that prematurely ended my game and resulted in an unfair payout. The specific details of the state of the game are as follows:

- Feature Triggers: A new coin symbol landed on the reels, which automatically reset my remaining spin counter to 3 spins.
- The Issue: Immediately after this coin landed—and while I still had 3 guaranteed spins remaining under the game's standard programming—the software abruptly shut down.
- Payout Discrepancy: The system forced a premature cash-out and credited my account with a flat payout of 2,400.
