hi all fellow players.. i wanna share my story with u guys at playmillion a skill on net casino..

THE GOOD START..

time back like 1-2yrs i saw somewhere this casino and finds their welcomepackage really attractive.. and decided to give a go.. deposit everytime the max for the welcomebonus it was 500 usd a time and they offer 5 deposit offer on welcomepackage...lost first 4 and the 5th i was lucky and got it up over 5k ish balance docs required from me and within short time very fast processed and aproved got my money with in 2 days not to bad for first experience at this casino even this withdraw i became a winner on the casino... that was good start and never delete the software...

THE BAD RUN..

They kept sending me those promotional offers and they are allways for vip very large offer like 100% upto 500-1000 or even 2000 sometimes..
i had after my first deposit deposit several times with them again and lost quickly all my deposits were never less then 500usd its 500 or 1000 usd at a time..
then havent played with them for couple months... and saw a offer two weeks back again and it was 500 usd offer 100% so had nothing do to that day so decides to give it a go again.. lost quickly within minutes... and few days later i had email from the vip agent Talida accountmanager.. saying nice to see me back and that she gave me a free 50 bonus in my account... i logged in later that day and claimed the bonus once i claimed the same time a new mail came in from then with new offer from vip agent.. with 1000 usd 100%

i lost the 50 freebie and deposit 1000 behind and claimed the bonus code for 100% and had 2k balance.. amazingly i got it up to 8100 usd on but played all day with them at end i lost the battle ends up with nothing... so basicly have made tens of deposits not one was lower then 500 becos of their agressive offers ..


THE UGLY END...



Since that day i lost my 8100 i had ofcourse alot of wagering done.. and on monday the vip agent Talida calls me on phone. said there was a weekend race for who made the most wagering and the winner could walk away with a 500 euro grand price.. and if i was registered i was ended on the 3th place...since i didnt knew that there was a race she told me she will make a goodwill gesture and give me the price of the 3th spot which was 225 usd and it will be a bonus instead of real cash she said...

ah well she made me happy with this call .. so later that night i logged in the casino played the nextgen slots..
started with foxin wins and won quickly 500 usd .. went to another games every slot i touched i got very quickly the freespin rounds and win small amounts.. untill this gold rush slot which i spin 5 usd and after 30-40 spins i decide to play at 10 usd spin .. after few spins i hit that 5 guys with a wild on the middle paid me 5000usd win..wow so happy ofcourse...

went over to pizza price playd long time took alot time.. and sudden hit freespin paid me over 1000 and hit another freespin this same slot within 20 spins... paid again over 1000 and wonder after wonder 3th freespin mode came in within 10 spins got 700ish paid...end up with a 8000 balance again but this time i met the wagering..

so i withdraw the funds.. waited and the next day at night i got phone call from another vip agent.. said to me sir what methode i want to receive the funds she said i clicked on eco card withdraw or something and i had no reference to that .. i told them to process it back to the neteller where the funds came from... and she told me ok and congrats me on the win...when got this call i was almost sure i get paid... more happy then ever ...

but then the day they should pay me i got this email with cancelling my withdrawplaymillion withdraw cancell.pngwithdraw play million.png

that sounds like a thunder in a clear sky... i was pissed went to chat asked for vip agent Talida and in the 2 seconds i was in chat i got right away a phone call from this vip agent.. and i have never seen or heard a woman in this panic.. she was really panic and looks like she was trying to hyptonise me with those words:terms and conditions max win is 100 ... wtf why would this casino give me a 225 bonus with a 100 cap..

these peoples over there at this casino really make a bad business decision in my opinion..if these morons had looked good into my acccount they see i do still play with them and make alot deposits non of them were less then 500 and some even 1000 .. if they just paid me they can expect this money at some point quickly back from me.. now they lose some reputation to me and lose same time a player that they wished for.. i can understand if a player deposits 20 usd a time a week and wins 8000 that it will take hell of long time to getting it back.. but for a player like me it wont be that long...

these kinda casinos that still are around just pissing me off.... no matter what your vip level is or highrolling when comes to money they choose this first over their future gaming with them


now some questions to other players... anyone know who they are related to? sister casino or ownerships?

the weird thing was in my neteller account when i made the deposit i saw the funds where transferred to casinoeuro.com as far i know casinoeuro belongs to betssongroup? same as harrycasino or eurocasino.. that is weird to me..

also in future maybe i like to open new skill on net casino anyone know who are their sister casinos???.. i will avoid them at all cost in the future

i tried to find a rep from them here but not found..

If you receive free money (no deposit bonus/refer a friend bonus, etc), the maximum amount that you can win or withdraw from it is €100. Btw, why you need to know their owner? Everything provided by skillonnet, and cashier/support are from them and for all their casinos. I can only suggest contact them directly and try to explain your problem:

u think they will change this matter? as the support already told me manager made a decision and they confiscating the funds... ofcourse they made a goodwill gesture again after taking the 8000usd... this time they puts back 225 usd but its not a bonus but cash .. lol like my luck will be the same everytime...lost ofcourse..

but thanks for letting me know.. also i have forward this link to their support .. to express my feelings what they have done to me...

give you 225 cash? They idiots? :) Try to contact skill on net , or PAB , i think Max know what to do in such cases.
Really, stupid decisions they made. Looks like it is mistake from manager, and now they trying to get things how they want.

i have Pab goin so its not gonna happen that i will be helped out this time with this.. i have just use the link u gave me on earlier post i have upload a message there also now and with the link of this post of mine here at CM and hopes they can help me out..

and yes when this vip agent was panic talking i knew they do me something really wrong here...

yes.. i know iam helpless in this case... as the terms in their favor but iam highrolling each time.. why would they do this to a valued player? the manager allways can overrule this rule and pay me.. but they choose instead the money of a valued player...when the vip agent said the 3th price is 225euro and its cash normally the player can do what every he wish .. in this case since i was not registered she gave me a bonus instead of cash.. when i won the money she told me max is 100 lol on a 225 bonus come on!!! i do still think this bonus should be attached to my last deposit becos its a gain on that deposit ...so no max cashout should be involved in this case..

If she didn't mention before hand that the bonus was tied up to a max $100 withdrawal, then in my opinion you're entitled to get paid your winnings. You're not supposed to be the victim of their screw up. I would suggest you try other gambling forums as well to voice your complain if a PAB is not possible. Try the AskGamblers or Gambling Grumbles website for instance. Good luck!

yes she never told me this... a max cap of 100.. they only told me the bad news at the end.. the last minute.. i know she screw it up thats why she was so panicking

if you will made mistake that will cost you 8k$, you also will be in panic :D

Not even a rogue casino would allow a 1000 USD deposit to have a max cashout of 100!

The casino has made a big mistake. Discretion must be used here. The simple answer would be to REMOVE 1/10 of your 8k and pay the rest eg. 7200. This is because the 225 they SHOULD NOT have given you in conjunction with your 1k deposit amounts to 1/10 near enough of your 2225 starting amount. Therefore remove 1/10 of the cashout.

This can be the only fair resolution.

for me it is simple:
you made deposit 1k, wager, finish 3rd in race. You did not click on participate button. But they nice guys and nice casino, and give you your prize anyway, but as bonus money. This money earned from wagering of deposit = > this is not no deposit bonus => no max. cashout => where is my money question.

I think there may be a bit of confusion in this thread regarding SkillOnNet slots. The SkillOnNet software platform do have a small number of their own slots game, but as far as I recall they body of their slots are made up from other providers. Cryptologic would be one that springs to mind.

As far as I'm aware, no non-SkillOnNet casino actually offers slots games that were designed by SkillOnNet. Casino Luck - as far as I can see - does not have any of the SkillOnNet slots games. It's important to make the distinction as there have been randomness issues involving games designed by SkillOnNet in the past.

Yeah, that's what I just said. It has been lumped in with everything else, so needs separating, if they can't then pay the w/d pro-rata.

hello everyone,


here is an update... after posting here i had some advices from fellow members to contact thePogg..

so i did.. and finally it didnt bring any result as the casino stays on the terms and conditions..

however the casino admitted they made an internal error by giving this bonus out...a 225 bonus with a 100 cap withdraw

if i make an error with bonus, casino can take my winnings... if the casino make error i think they should take the consequeses...

how sadly this casino never look into the value of me as their player.. i have allways deposit 500 minimum with them ...


also i allways wondered what Max and casinomeister Bryan thinks of this case...

if they think the casino is not doin fair and honest business here, then i think they should allow me to do a second PAB also i like to know why is a second PAB not possible... if there is a fee attachted to a second PAB then i like to know the fees...or anything else a percent of recovered money into charity is all fine with me.

if the casinomeister thinks the casino is here doin right and follows the rules to aply and nothing else can be done.. then i will leave this with it as it is..
