That's WHG for you. This brand also hates winners. Their terms are pretty poor.

I'm not sure of their RTP now...but what i can say is that in 2018 i won a 45000 £ on their casino...bassically by mistake . And they pay out w/o problems .

Well i was a newbie in terms of slots and casinos(oline or ofline). I think it was 2nd time in my life when i was deposit money for playng slots and playgrand was my 1st casino to do that. So i was waiting the bus in victoria coach station , deposited 50£.....i was have like 2 hours playng that 50....got it to like 120£...and then i saw the game "Dead or alive"...now at that time i had no ideea of the volaty of that game, but the name was kinda interesting...so i i spinned around 1 h more in that game...i had like 90£ left and laso my phone battery was going low...so i said ..ok i am bored and i was raise the bet to max..wich was 18£.....thinking in my mind that 5x18=90£...The third manual spin was giving 5 scatters , wich was 2500x bet
So yea....i think was a mistake somehow ))
