Anybody familiar with Players-House Top Game casino? I requested a withdrawl on October 16th and it still has not been processed and no email communication from them. Live Chat CS keep telling me they will email finance, but I've gotten no response. CS in Live Chat are friendly and talk about "we're a family", but they certainly don't seem capable of helping.

Top Game casinos have been pretty slow to pay (about 6-7 business days), but this one is the longest and there is no communication.

Once I was paid at Pemper Casino after 12 or 14 days, I can't recall exactly now. There one e-mail reply took 1 week.

So maybe you should wait a little more. Anyway this slow payment is ridiculous.

The only thing that comes to mind when i hear top-game and that is AVOID!
hope you get paid soon
