Just a heads up for those that are thinking about joining don't bother, joined a few days ago then the deposit code would not work for days, then when it was finally fixed I deposited £150 for a £450 balance, and no matter which slot I opened the balance shows as £0.00 even though the wallet shows as £450 email 2 days ago and no reply, I have cancelled the bonus and withdrawn the money back...if they cannot reply to a simple email in 2 days, I guess it is going to be a long wait for the £150, someone tell them to upgrade from pigeon carriers. In my 10+ years of slotting I have never ever had this happen on a deposit, money in wallet but empty slot balance. Should have been Playcosno.
 
Certain casinos are so bad that even their website puts you off. This one however has a nice website...so I would probably have fell for the bait!

What would you expect? it's an EveryMatrix site. I don't think they've got any decent sites left these days

Yep 3 days and no reply to my email, it looks like the site is up but nobody is home? did a hurricane hit their support office? or did dunover finally go postal?.

I thought their CS was really good. I contacted and got a resolution instantly but that might be because its now April, not Feb when you wrote this. The sites looking better and better and I've had decent play on their site.. so no complaints here
