Has anyone tried Platinum Play Casino ? I just started playing it last month when I found it on casinomeisters reputable casino list. I must say I really enjoy it . I would put money in and play for hours and that is something I have not been finding at to many casinos these days. I also enjoy the fact that they have 900 pay as well. My husband ( he has also written in the forum many times) and I play a lot and spend tons of money in casinos for fun. It is fun time for us. However I spend more then I should so atleast when hubby calls a time out on the monthly spending I can go to the phone for this casino and add. What I really enjoy about Platinum Play Casino is it is not how much you spend , it's whatever I deposit in there keeps me playing for a very long time. I love this casino.

Hi Cheryl,

After 17 years of marriage and the recent 'celebration' of my 40th birthday I discovered online gambling just this past Christmas 2003. I guess my former interests just don't captivate as much of my time these days.

As a mid life kind of thing I think online gambling is fun as hell, and if you play it right, its mostly affordable. I would like to turn my wife onto the online scene but to date I hide in the shadows and play while she's away. We work different shifts, and given that I make nearly 75% of our gross pay I'm able to cover my rear, but the thought of turning her loose with a 900 number and a smile sends shivers down my spine.

We both enjoy state lottery and brick and mortar (in fact, she's the one who turned me onto land based gaming places) but after financing her blowing through hundreds of dollars while I relax with a few beers at the casino bar leaves me with great fear. How do you manage finances like that when both of you are players? Especially home players?

In closing...

What I asked you isnt none of my business. But, given that you and your hubby worked it out and didnt break the bank, is their any tips you can offer to me to keep the peace, play the games, distribute gameplay equitably and have fun without the worst happening?

Hi There!
We mostly play together and then when hubby says time out for the month , depending on how much we won ( if we won anymore then we deposited) he lets me use the phones.
As far as winning it takes great luck and great intuition.
Happy 40th!

What you will need to do is to be honest and upfront. Believe you me, you'll feel better. Sit her down and show her what the casinos have to offer, and open a play for fun account so she can get a good feel for the games.

Then make an agreement on a monthly spend - set up an allowance for the both of you and perhaps set up two Neteller accounts. If one reaches the monthly limit TS. They get to watch the other play. Treat it just like a trip to the B&Ms.

Bottom line is trusting each other not to go crazy.

Also, make sure you read the T&Cs of the casinos seeing if they allow more than one account per household. Contact the player support to make sure of this; get something in writing since this has caused some players grief in the past.

We also start with our monthly plan of how much we will use for our casino fun.
the more my husband sits back and enjoys his beer and how I scream when I won something the more the original monthly funds go up......LOL
then during the month if I finished using as much as I really should I use the phones....lol Perhaps you should have your wife start off with the phone. It is only 300 per month you can use on there max for casino deposits. She wont be able to spend anymore then that and you would not have to worry about any unexpected charges.
