Hey, have I got an offer for you!

Just received a snail mail offering from Planet7Oz. (Yup, they have opened a casino just for us Aussies).

The details? Sign up and receive $1000 free which can be used to win AU$50k. After a playthrough of 1000x (so Support informed me), although as this is effectively a fun money contest, I don't see how a playthrough is relevant. So receive $1000, WR is $1million, and you are in with a chance to get that magic $50k.

Anyway, I decided to have a bit of fun. I opened an account (false name, details, etc) and hey presto, a bonus of $25 mysteriously appeared in my account.

I spoke to support, and asked to have the snail mail offer, to which she replied that I already had a bonus, and couldn't receive another one until I made a deposit.

She then stated that I had requested the bonus myself......not true at all.

Finally, she said that I had received many bonus offers before, so I had to make a depost....again, not true at all due to the very strange fake name I gave.

At a guess, this is probably how they get out of honouring the offer - send out the letters, and once an account is opened, a mysteriously appearing bonus (which they insist you requested) puts paid to the offer, due to their one free chip followed by a deposit rule. Bait and switch springs to mind here.

What is really worrying though is that I don't actually know how they got hold of this address, as I have NEVER had an account with any of this accursed group. And where I am living now is a fairly new address, given out to only a very few casinos.

So...Planet7Oz is definitely a chip off the old block of all those lying, cheating, thieving Virtual casinos.

Be careful with Bonuses!
It is  crucial  that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of any bonus that you accept. Most of the complaints that come through our arbitration service are bonus related; it would be safe to say that there are tens of thousands of players who have never complained because they realized after the fact that they did not understand or had never read the terms. Nothing in a casino is free – so whenever you see “free” being used, there are stipulations. It is important for you to understand that.

Please check out our Bonus Section that lists the offers given by our Accredited Casinos. No deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses (AKA sign up bonuses [SUBs]), exclusive bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bonuses...all this and more!
