Most of us have experienced the support systems offered by the online casino industries. They are typical in most respects. Most are friendly, some are difficult to understand and others are less that helpful. I recently got a call from the lobby manager at Planet 7 who introduced herself and asked about my experience with Planet 7. It was refreshing not to hear the "We got a deal for you." pitch. This is one of the re-branded casinos currently listed in the Rogue section. I have had nothing but good experiences dealing with this casino. If there is any complaint it would be the amount of time it takes to get a withdrawal. Anyway I would like to recommend them as a candidate for review to Casinomeister at some point in the future. Ill let you know if I have any bad experiences.

Planet 7 - every once in a while.

Every once in a while you come across someone who turns a standard online experience into something exceptional. Even though Planet 7 is grouped in the rogue section I have worked with their support people to resolve what ever issues I have had. As a company they still take forever to pay out but their Customer Service is exceptional in my opinion. Kudos to Nicole who has recently moved to their VIP support section.

It's like me running around posting OMG I MAKE THE BEST WEBSITES EVER (which, to be fair, is true ) in every single thread even remotely referencing designing websites.

I reported the thread anyway, cannot stand spammers :S

I would love to get paid to sing thier praises. But since I have now repaid in losses more then what I won i would say I was paying them.
